Friendly staff, they even provide us with small excursion. Tea and coffee inside the room is a very good idea. Slippers are absent in the room. It is not good for SPA hotel. |

We has a young couple liked everything! We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because, in our opinion, was too expensive (15€/person). |

The nature and peace, birds singing in the morning, warm room, sligh view on Danube, and all of this in just few "steps" from city center. |

Quiet. Relatively comfortable. Relatively clean. Free parking. On-site tuck shop with souvenirs. Beautiful setting away from hustle and bustle of sitting, but still nearby. |

We simply adored the spa centre which is a part of the hotel! Apart from that it's a very cozy hotel with nice clean rooms, situated on a forest island and just a short taxi drive from the centre of Budapest. We would definitely stay there again. They have to improve the bathroom because a lot of water is leaking out of the bathtubs and goes even into the room. And beware of budapest taxis who are robbing people off, but this has nothing to do with the hotel! |

There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and we really enjoyed the location. My husband had stayed in the Grand approx. 1980 and reallly enjoyed being back! The guys who played during dinner each evening were superb. The only thing we would have liked to see was a page of English on the menu. It would help to encourage English speaking tourists. |

the spa facilities and massage. nice location. easy access to city. hotel staff seem uninterested in guests. very stand offish manner. not very helpful. almost felt like i was interrupting them when making any enquries.they had no enthusiasm or welcoming smiles except for when i paid my bill when leaving. The bathroms ventilation system didn't work which meant when someone used it,the odour would linger for hours. embarrassing and unacceptable for any hotel to not sort this problem. the tv only had 1 engish channel out of 20.u cud only buy movies by the day at rate of 24euro. disgraceful considering ur only in room mainly in evenings and wud like to buy just on.e movie at maybe 5 or 6 euro. The restaurant menu was very limited |

The hotel is located in a splendid area for people wishing to enjoy nature, improve their health, and relax in the warm waters of the spa. The room rate, while apparently recently reduced, remaind nearly beyond my budget .... us Dollars are decreasing in value.... And while this is my problem not yours, it may preclude me from returning this November. Also, while I was notified in advance that the room cost did not include breakfast, the rate information available in room 439 indicated that breakfast was included. This, for some reason, was mildly upsetting. Apart from these matters, I had a wonderful stay there, and may return. |

Enjoyed the leisuure facilities swimming saunas baths and jacuzzis and the walks through the island Did not enjoy the evening buffet food very poor quality and the charges for bowl of cereal and bowl of fruit and also the extra charges for milk to the room.Far better quality and value for money in Ireland |

Spa and swimming pool are included in the price. Nicely located on the island and at the same time in the city center. Nice place for walking and rest. |

the Island is really nice. its like the central park of Budapest. Pool / Spa area is well presented. the staff at reception are not very friendly. upon arrival i was handed a check in card, with not even a 'Hello'. also taxis back to the Island from the city centres are approx. 30 Euro. and you would need to travel into the centres for a night out/dinner. |

Excellent weather All items such as drinks and meals are savagely overpriced. The lack of customers in your bar is direct evidence, if you drop the prices business will increase and your profits will increase. If your prices were more in line with standard Hungarian pricesI would be very happy to return and recommend it to others otherwise no. Value for money is a key requirement for holiday/leisure. |
