Good facilities but outdated- great if you are 60+ lacked designer detail. Staff were professional but ....As hotels go this was good. But it was not hospitable |

Very helpful desk staff. Pool/spa area was enjoyable. The island is very nice during the day and evening. Unless you go into the city, there is only one (expensive and so-so quality) dining option. The downtown is not walking distance - taxi or 20 minute bus ride required. |

The hotel is situated on beautiful Margrit Island. The location is very scenic in the middle of a park on the Danube. The hotel offers excellent spa facilities and is perfect for relaxation, whilst at the same time within easy access of the city. |

The facilities and staff were all I expected and more In one of the two rooms the air conditioning was like water running into the room all night and so, made sleeping not easy. |

I like that you can use the thermal bath and gym almost whenever you feel to do so. I also like that you have exercise classes that the guest can attend. I think that you could offer the guest dinner at the hotel instead of going to Grand Hotel. The restaurant at Grand Hotel was not very pleasurable. |

Margitsziget is a beautifull green island, great area to walk and relax. Bus stop is nearby hotel and you can take taxi for reasonable price as well. We enjoyed spa area and sun terrace. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Maids were too noisy, went into our room at 7 a.m. even if we´ve displayed "don´t disturbe". At breakfast they cleaned our table before we finish and waiters were noisy as well. You were not able to find someone to ask at breakfast and in spa area. They did not supply coffee/tea in the room and food at breakfast. |

The location on Margit Island, which is peaceful but convenient for the city; the overall quality of accommodation and service; the excellent gym, pool and sauna facilities; the outside sun terrace The price of WiFi internet - should be free in a hotel like this |

The location of this hotel on Margaret Island on the Danube was excellent and it is an ideal location for walking and running and exploring the island. It is ideal also as a hotel from which to explore Budapest city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the Danube was a beautiful spot to relax and read in the early morning sunshine. It would be helpful if there were more availability of English language tv channels. |

I liked the location and the spa. Slippers were not available in the room, considering that there is a spa in the hotel I think it will be great to provide guests with slippers. |

The view and the location of the hotel is nice. Guys at the front desk always have a smile on their faces. Free parking is an advantage. Considering the amount I paid and what I got, the hotel was extremely expensive. The bed was broken, thanks to the connection door between the rooms which are inside, we kept listening to the arguing old couple until 2:00AM. And the maid almost threw the coffee mug to my head in the breakfast during her service. Not a good example of hospitality. Not recommended. |

It was a large comfortable hotel. The staff were excellent - helpful and cheerful. The facilities in my room were excellent and I particularly liked having a safe at no extra cost in my room. The spa & swimming pool were also first class although a 25meter pool could be better. |
