O hotel necessita de lifting, quer a nivel de quartos quer a nivel de funcionários. Os sapos ou rãs à noite não deixavam dormir. Esteve calor e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Não tem restaurante aberto. Tinhamos de ir jantar ao Hotel ao lado, que recomendo por ser mais barato e melhor.

Gostei imenso do spa e da localização!! Tudo muito bom!!!

O quarto tinha problemas de vazamento no Box. Mesmo chamando a recepção não foi consertado. Um elevador quebrou e durantes os 3 dias da minha estadia não foi consertado. O Hotel ficou só com um. Um absurdo uma reserva numa suíte executiva não ter café da manhã. O Serviço de internet é caríssimo (o único que paguei em toda a viagem)

Beautiful place for relax/spa, natural thermal water, perfect facilities for Spa, very nice romantic park for walking; the best value for money that you can get for Spa in Budapest. I should point out that the staff was super friendly, all speaking different languages incl. Russian. Perfect choice to stay in Budapest for thermal procadure and relaxation. All main sights and famous city restaurants are nearby.

The linen was replaced not so frequently as it shoul be at 4stars. Some reparations in the room are required.

Great location - you can get the spa/relaxation services in a green island and if you want you'll be in a city center in 15 minutes

the Hotel staff is cold,hotel is old, towels are at the end, SPA in poor condition. Sauna is not very clean. Breakfast is not a 4 star breakfast...

Charging for internet 10 Eur a day is a rip off! The hotel should sort the internet out, it is ridiculous staff at the reception is just very odd, you have a feeling that you are disturbing them when you ask for something breakfast costs 15 Eur and I dread to think what is it like I ate in the restaurant and also had a room service, the food is just very old fashioned> I think the whole hotel needs a refresh and chef change. I understand that they cater for old people from Germany who come to the spa, but with a bit of an attitude change, they could attract younger people, investing into some nice pillows would also be in place

Beatiful park around, every room has a balcony. Relaxed atmosphere and very quite rooms. Staff is friendly and professional. Mind it's cheaper to call a taxi via reception than to take it in the city (nearly half price).

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk and good spa facilities.

The lady working at the souvenir shop next to the reception was very unmannerly, without greeting or even saying thank you. Spa staff should make sure that patrons enjoy their relaxation and are not bothered by rude children.

Not so good quality of thearements, there are no some restrants or cafe for eating in the park area.

-location - on the Margaret island, quiet, peacefull, green, good place for relaxation, walking, bike riding, jogging; -many spa&wellness facilities and possibilities, good quality and well trained staff for all these facilities; -nice staff, friendly and willing to help you; -hotel provides you with bathrobe and towels; -I reccommend this hotel for all those who want a nice, peacefull, green and ellegant place for holidays, especially for families and just married couples. For me, this was the second time staying there and I would gladly return there anytime.

-same breakfast, although many choices; -far enough from main touristic attraction, in case you want to visit the town on foot; if you have a car or rent a bike then everything is ok. -if you want internet in the room, you need to pay for it; -no shops or market for small shoppings on the island; -if you want a massage or other spa&wellness services the prices are a bit too high but of good quality.

If you have less than 80 years, if would like to enjoy the beautiful spa in silence, if you would like to be able to swim in the pool and not only to sit, if you expect good value for money…this is not a place for you. I was pretty much disappointed with this hotel. This is not even close to what I was expecting while looking at pictures on booking web site. And I will explain why... The spa is awful. It is equipped with 2 small pools with hot water and one, bigger, with extremely cold water. The pools with hot water are crowded with elderly people and children, and this is not a place to enjoy. The purity of the pools is suspicious. The water in the 2nd pool is very cold and it`s only for the brave ones. Having in mind that this is a spa hotel, I was expecting more than just a little all in one shower/shampoo gel of low quality. Rooms are equipped with double beds, and that are actually two individual beds on wheels moved together. The real challenge here would be not to end up on the floor. The furniture in the hotel is outdated with ripped, smelly and cheap bed sheets. Isolation in rooms is poor. There is no disinfection info sticker sign on the toilet. Breakfast is not included in the price and had to be paid extra, otherwise you only get tiny croissant and tea or coffee. The hotel is relatively far from the city center. To summaries, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

The staff in the health/massage area were great!

The room was too hot and we couldn't control the temp. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom, not well designed or maintained. The "free coffee and croissant" for breakfast - very stingy with only one cup of coffee.
