Φανταστακή τοποθεσία με θέα, πολύ ωραίο λόμπι με άνετα δωμάτια, πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια, δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και χρήση σπα.

Η δυσκολία εύρεσης και απόστασης του σπα απο το ξενοδοχείο.

το στιλ του ξενοδοχείου και η τοποθεσία του πιστεύω οτι το κάνουν ενα πολή καλό προορισμό

Room, value for money, romantic environment, spa and thermal pool most of all, Japanese garden is nice, staff and service, food in the restaurant is tasty and portions are enormous, good wine, nice music.

The king size bed in one room consisted of 2 parts that went apart all the time, but in another same room the bed was excellent.

The hotel seemed like it was top of its class at one stage in time. It had aged beauty but needed some refreshment & tlc. On our first night the resturant was closed due to a function so we were accomadated in another room which can only be described as an old school gym but I guess they worked with what they had. The middle level staff can not be faulted but the staff working at the counter were rude and very unhelpful esp regarding taxi's and internet use. The food and drink prices were priced in accordance to 4*hotel prices. The bar man was a gentle man so polite and friendly. Rooms are nice a bit fusty but for the price well worth the money. The spa has to be seen to be believed it is so relaxing and well worth the visit if only

The Upper level staff could do with some customer services training. I witnessed a customer complaining regarding a taxi and the price that they were charged by the compay the hotel had sorted out and the staff member simply said it wasn't her fault. We got the same journey from a diffrent company at half the price organised by ourselves. They didn't explain the busses or metro when we said we didn't understan where the station or stops were they just sold us unnecessary tickets. It seemed to be all about how much money they could make out of us. The food wasn't as bad as its made out to be, but the hotel did have a musty smell, think it might have been the age.

Despite the unkindness which i am prepared to experience whenever I travel to Budapest (or Paris), I am glad to admit that the personnel of the Grand Hotel was totally out of standard - fantastic from the first to the last minute. Right at the check in it was made clear that may i find the room uncomfortable, they would have changed me - but I did not need it at all. I was given for free an extra double bed for my child, thus i told he could sleep with us. The free parking inside the island was a big plus. The wellness center was simply fantastic. The position is sometimes told"far from the center", but for those who well know Budapest, the Margit Sziget is one of the centers - Budapest has no center.

The hotel starts to show a bit the signes of the time in some small detail. But still it keeps a 4 star standard and the quality/price ratio was absolutelly at the top.

I loved the Spa, resturaunt and friendliness of the staff and its closness to city centre

The spa facilities were excellent and the hotel provided a haven of tranquility

Hotel has some old world charm, use of the spa in the thermal hotel Next door was nice with convenient underground acces through a connecting tunnel and the island itself is very picturesqe and worth seeing and while there are no cars allowed past the hotels at the top there is a handy buss service running the length of it just behind the hotel.

Beds and rooms are quite dated and could do with modernising, hotel is quite a long way from the city and takes a buss and underground ride or taxie to get downtown, fix the front door of the hotel it's very big and stiff and takes 2 to open.

Bar was closed on acoupleof evenings we stayed and then when it was open it was pricey and there were mosqitoes in the room

The method in which you retain control of the Credit card and the additional charges made against my account is verging on fraud. I would never stay at one of your hotels again
