its on an idylic location lovely hotel , Staff very helpful the food eg Dinner & breakfast is very over priced ( i ate both during my stay). I also booked a cruise on the river danube with the travel agent in the hotel and she sold me the 2 huor trip which included a tour of the island which i had already walked myself that Morning. |

Hotel has some old world charm, use of the spa in the thermal hotel Next door was nice with convenient underground acces through a connecting tunnel and the island itself is very picturesqe and worth seeing and while there are no cars allowed past the hotels at the top there is a handy buss service running the length of it just behind the hotel. Beds and rooms are quite dated and could do with modernising, hotel is quite a long way from the city and takes a buss and underground ride or taxie to get downtown, fix the front door of the hotel it's very big and stiff and takes 2 to open. |

The hotel is too far from the town centre and the health/spa facility is too old. Lots of missing tiles in the steam room. It certainly used to be a good hotel but a long time ago... |

The method in which you retain control of the Credit card and the additional charges made against my account is verging on fraud. I would never stay at one of your hotels again |

Great location, parking, clean and comfortable rooms, wellness spa included. Very expensive additional services (breakfast, dinner, room-service, WiFi, paid TV channels...). |

Very beautiful place, fantastic view from the room faced to the Danube, lots of services in the hotel relate to wellness and beauty, possibility to do sport, walk and relax everywhere in the island. Quite close to Budapest center, which can be reached by foot, walking in a wonderful garden for 20 minutes, or by public transportation, in few minutes. |

The position - it is central but very quiet in a park which is used for many leisure activities. The spa facilties are excellent and the staff very competent, if overworked. The breakfast food was expensive and not of good quality, especially the boiled and scrambled eggs. It does not have a reputation for good food. |

The location was perfect, peaceful and the hotel is set in a National treasure, Margaret Island. Access to the city centre is easy and the link to the adjacent Spa Hotel meant that even in the worst weather, one doesn't have to go outside. The style is luxury, and classy. The restaurant very good although more could have been done for vegetarians. |

Proximity to major attractions. Pleasant surroundings. In my opinion, all extras are expensive e.g. Breakfast, Wi-Fi access, Mini-bar. |

The opportunity to use the spa and sauna facilities of the adjacent Danubius Thermal Hotel and the location of the hotel (in a beautiful park in the middle of the city) There was loud music going on in a neighbouring disco that lasted the whole morning. |

the pool was nice. I have worked in the hotel buisness for many years and this hotel could be a lot better. A bit of staff training and more imformation on the spa which is very good would go a long way. A host in the spa recomeding treatments to guests would double the spa turnover in a week instead you have numerious standing around doing nothing and not smiling as they sould be. The bathroom smelled the room was full of mosquito,s. I had dinner one night and never ate in the hotel again it was so bad and cold. I changed hotels as i had to stay three more nights and i would not stay again. |
