spa facilities; cuisine; place where it is situated; more aligned work of spa reception and health services personnel: where couple of cases, when it appeared that the services should be paid in cash (like massage) right before the start of the procedure, which caused delays, necessity to spend time to find cash, shorten time of procedure for the same amount of payment. |

The hotel setting on a island was really nice, would say its beautiful in summer, the building was a very nice piece of architecture The spa and pool facility was nice. Inside it was drab and dated. The service was similar. The hotel staff did not like to answer questions and were not friendly bordering on rude. |

Nice large room with view of the Danube. Location is good, in a nice park and away from the bustle of the city but easy to get into the centre on the 26 bus. |

The hotel is in a beautiful location in a park on the island. The spa facilities were excellent. In general the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The tourist information staff and bar staff were especially positive. The staff in the restaurant were the only blemish. They were offhand, slow to respond and often failed to do things they had promised to do. The only task they did quickly was the removal of plates from the table, sometimes before we had finished eating! |

świetne położenie, świadomość przebywania w "nobliwym" miejscu, widać ślady dawnej XIX w. świetności, meble w starym stylu, doskonały dla gości z psami, dość mocno zużyty, elementy wyposażenia typu windy, niektóre klatki schodowe, lodówka w pokoju (choć telewizor już nie), niektóre drzwi, radio w pokoju pochodzą z lat 80, czuje się zapach starego budynku, w każdym przewodniku wskazywany jako luksusowy hotel, choć tak było może z 20 lat temu |
