The staff were very welcoming helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable and very warm which was excelent considering the it was really cold in Budapest when we visited. It is well located very lose to the parlimant and also close to the metro which is only two stops to the main tourist square and shoping district. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat with good variety which is more than enough to set you on your way for the day sight seeing. |

Nicely different and close to a metro station. Good value for the money - quiet rest. Many customers critizise the breakfast buffet, I disagree. It's enough. |

Clean good value for money. Internet fees, breakfast (the baked goods were old probably baked day bofore and only warmed up). Parking garage ok. But they would stated that is just for small cars (example max Passat). The elevator for cars is tooooo small. It is not possible to park suv without damage. |

It was really close to the parlament and you can go walking to any point in budapest or taking the underground (easy tube). The hotel was clean, and the room was quite not so big, but with a fantastic decoration. Breakfast till 11:00 on weekends. Good value for the money that I paid, 120 e per 2 nigths in double room. Poor variety in the breakfast for a 4 star hotel. |

Very nice rooms and lobby, helpfull staff, good breakfast and we loved tea making machine in the room. Bathrooms impeccably clean.The street is quiet and you can always find a car park close to the hotel. Location is good, some 20 min. walking distance to the very centre and the big tram/metro/train station is behind the corner. Loved it :-)!! |

The hotel is perfectly situated, right in the middle of the city in a very quiet street. We booked two rooms opposite to each other at the end of a corridor. By closing a door in the corridor we could separate the two rooms from the rest. The kids much appreciated this double room. The style of the hotel is very nice. Nothing negative to report. |

The Marmara Hotel was a great base in a slightly quieter area but still easily accessible to the main streets of Budapest. Lovely decor and comfortable. |

Cleanliness, modern furniture, new hotel. Good breakfast. Not crowded at all. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a quality but cheap hotel. No soap and toilet paper is filled up when you used it. Although there's teapot in the room, no tee is provided. Curtains on the windows let some light in in the morning which might wake you up. |

nice rooms, good position...close to Margit-Sziget, very tasty breakfast food the heat was not on...even though it was November 6th...it was a bit chilly in the room...the hotel was not very helpful in this situation |

I particularly liked the design of various details (oriental), as well as the cleanliness. I would have enjoyed free Wifi in the room. In addition, I found the room much smaller than I had anticipated. |

Hotel was fabulous, very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Staff was not helpful at all when we arrived from Airport we did not have any change for Taxi and had to go to nearest shop which was not opened. |

The design of the hotel is beautiful. It is also very central. With public transport from here many things are easily reachable in the city. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was very small for the money we paid. Also many things were broken in our room: door, shower rose, the toilet paper holder and it was unbearably warm so we always had to keep the window open. This is not what we expected for a newly opened 4 start hotel. |

Central in Budapest. Good beds and shower. Breakfast was more like as on 3*** hotel than 4**** as Marmara Hotel is rated. Cleaning service was not accpetable as the refilling of shampoo and renewing of clean towlet was forgotten. Floor was dirty all the time. No coffee/tee was available for the coffee/tee making. TV was more like pay TV than normal TV which cause bad first influence of the hotel. |

Friendly staff, good central location, easy access, clean and new. The bar facilities were not up to standard. 22.00 hrs. closure is not acceptable. What are you people thinking of ? Bar was too small and not properly staffed. However the guy who did work the bar was excellent and friendly. No fault of his. Also the breakfast was a little on the "small" side. Not enough variety. |
