Marmara Hotel Budapest

Sisustus oli mukava ja palvelu hyvää, aamiainen ihan kelvollinen.

ilmastointi ei puhaltanut kuin kuumaa ilmaa, hotellin ilmastointi oli sellainen että koko hotelli sai joko kuumaa tai kylmää ilmaa ja koska heillä oli mielestään jo talvi lokakuussa niin lämmitykset oli päällä ja kaikki puhalti kuumaa tai ei mitään. Huoneet oli tosi pienet.

Huone oli siisti, hiljainen ja selkeälinjaisesti sisustettu. Sängyt olivat hyvät nukkua. Ilastointi toimi hyvin. Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja suihku hyvä. Aamupala oli hyvä. Vastaanoton henkilökunta toimi asiallisesti ja auttavasti. Hotellin muut tilat olivat puhtaat ja uututta hohkaavat.

Ilmastointilaite huoneessa valui vettä katosta ja kokolattiamatto oli märkä saavuttuamme. Siivojat yrittivät tulla ilmoittamatta joka aamu aikaisin huoneeseemme. Minibarikaapista puutui kaikki alkoholia sisältävät tuotteet? Aamupalalla kaksi herraa (asiakasta) keskusteli erittäin kovaäänisesti joka aamu. Tarjoilijahekilökunnalta olisi odottanut ystävällisempää ja iloisempaa palvelua.

Cleanliness, modern furniture, new hotel. Good breakfast. Not crowded at all. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a quality but cheap hotel.

No soap and toilet paper is filled up when you used it. Although there's teapot in the room, no tee is provided. Curtains on the windows let some light in in the morning which might wake you up.

I particularly liked the design of various details (oriental), as well as the cleanliness.

I would have enjoyed free Wifi in the room. In addition, I found the room much smaller than I had anticipated.

Clean ,modern hotel close to the city center.Helpful staff and comfortable rooms

Our room was above the dining room and between 7am and 10 am was very noisy!!

The design of the hotel is beautiful. It is also very central. With public transport from here many things are easily reachable in the city. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The room was very small for the money we paid. Also many things were broken in our room: door, shower rose, the toilet paper holder and it was unbearably warm so we always had to keep the window open. This is not what we expected for a newly opened 4 start hotel.

the location is good and easy access to many places and the interior design is very nice

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful about everything - checked weather on internet, recommended restaurants, booked trips etc. Rooms were clean and beautiful and very warm - it was great as the weather was very cold outside.Our rooms were at back of hotel and there was no noise at night.Breakfast was ample - typical continental with fresh fruit and scrambled or boiled eggs. Ten minutes walk to parliament buildings and a few minutes to underground - well situated for sightseeing.Would recomment it.

Airport Transfer was great arriving into a city you don't know, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel itself is very modern with lovely room and decor. A real pleasure, highly recommended

The check out time was 10am which was a bit early but not sure if this is standard in Budapest. However it got us up and about on our last day in the beautiful City

Really nice, clean e confortable

The location is perfect. The value is worth.

The hotel/room is very niceclean, the breakfast is a normal european breakfast. If you like to walk, you can set out after breakfast and walk to all the sites in Pest and then over to Buda. It would be an all day event. The Parlament is about a 15 minute walk from hotel, the Buda castle about 35. The airport shuttle is 10EU/person and depending on where your hotel is you may be the first or last dropped off. This hotel is about 30min. From the airport.
