Bardzo przyjemny hotel w centrum miasta, uczciwe 4 gwiazdki, czysto i wygodnie. Hotel wydaje się nowy, ładny pokój i łazienka. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Do centrum na piechotę 10 min. Brak parkingu hotelowego. Kiedy opuszczaliśmy hotel recepcjonistka najpierw spytała nas czy braliśmy coś z barku, a później przy nas na głos przez tel potwierdzała to jeszcze z ekipą sprzątającą:-) |

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, chętnie złużąca pomocą, Hotel praktycznie nowy, bardzo czysto. Blisko centrum. Trochę ubogie śniadanie, ale poprawne. |

Hotel jest nowy, czysty. Mieszanka nowoczesności i wschodneij ornamentyki, ale spokojna i nie nahalna. Spokojna dzielnica. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Budapesztu, choć do samego centrum ok. 30 minut szybkiego spaceru. W hotelu o standardzie 4* spodziewałam się, że łózko ścielone jest codziennie i wymieniana pościel. Wracając z miasta zastawaliśmy łózko w stanie w jakim je zostawialiśmy. Sprzątanie pokoju odbywało się na tyle późno, że wracając z miasta ok. 16:00 zastawaliśmy obsługę w pokoju. |

The Marmara Hotel was a great base in a slightly quieter area but still easily accessible to the main streets of Budapest. Lovely decor and comfortable. |

Cleanliness, modern furniture, new hotel. Good breakfast. Not crowded at all. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a quality but cheap hotel. No soap and toilet paper is filled up when you used it. Although there's teapot in the room, no tee is provided. Curtains on the windows let some light in in the morning which might wake you up. |

nice rooms, good position...close to Margit-Sziget, very tasty breakfast food the heat was not on...even though it was November 6th...it was a bit chilly in the room...the hotel was not very helpful in this situation |

I particularly liked the design of various details (oriental), as well as the cleanliness. I would have enjoyed free Wifi in the room. In addition, I found the room much smaller than I had anticipated. |

Hotel was fabulous, very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Staff was not helpful at all when we arrived from Airport we did not have any change for Taxi and had to go to nearest shop which was not opened. |

Clean ,modern hotel close to the city center.Helpful staff and comfortable rooms Our room was above the dining room and between 7am and 10 am was very noisy!! |

The design of the hotel is beautiful. It is also very central. With public transport from here many things are easily reachable in the city. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was very small for the money we paid. Also many things were broken in our room: door, shower rose, the toilet paper holder and it was unbearably warm so we always had to keep the window open. This is not what we expected for a newly opened 4 start hotel. |

Central in Budapest. Good beds and shower. Breakfast was more like as on 3*** hotel than 4**** as Marmara Hotel is rated. Cleaning service was not accpetable as the refilling of shampoo and renewing of clean towlet was forgotten. Floor was dirty all the time. No coffee/tee was available for the coffee/tee making. TV was more like pay TV than normal TV which cause bad first influence of the hotel. |

Friendly staff, good central location, easy access, clean and new. The bar facilities were not up to standard. 22.00 hrs. closure is not acceptable. What are you people thinking of ? Bar was too small and not properly staffed. However the guy who did work the bar was excellent and friendly. No fault of his. Also the breakfast was a little on the "small" side. Not enough variety. |

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful about everything - checked weather on internet, recommended restaurants, booked trips etc. Rooms were clean and beautiful and very warm - it was great as the weather was very cold outside.Our rooms were at back of hotel and there was no noise at night.Breakfast was ample - typical continental with fresh fruit and scrambled or boiled eggs. Ten minutes walk to parliament buildings and a few minutes to underground - well situated for sightseeing.Would recomment it. |

easy acess to metro. the cleaning was not good.we slept in the same sheets for 8 nights.only one shower gel available for two people.not even a shampoo.the breakfast was mediocre. |

Airport Transfer was great arriving into a city you don't know, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel itself is very modern with lovely room and decor. A real pleasure, highly recommended The check out time was 10am which was a bit early but not sure if this is standard in Budapest. However it got us up and about on our last day in the beautiful City |
