Frukosten var bra, rummet rent och snyggt personalen var mycket tillmötesgående!! Att det kostade 300kr för att titta på TV!! |

Ganska litet men ok planerat rum, lämpar sig bäst för par kanske. Rummet var fint, mysigt och kändes väldigt fräscht. Som på bilderna! Bra läge, promenadavstånd till det mesta annars goda kommunikationer och inom nära promenadavstånd fanns stort shoppingcenter och endel restauranger och pubar som var väldigt trevliga. Frukosten var bra. Personal var mycket trevliga och pratade mycket bra engelska och var hjälpsamma! Utmärkt kommunikation till flygplatsen med tåget eftersom hotellet ligger nära stationen. För hårda sängar, mattorna i korridorerna börjar bli lite smutsiga och sjaviga. |

Rent och snyggt! Läcker design. trevlig och ödmjuk personal och ett bra läge i stan nära Donau och övriga sevärdheter. Faktiskt inte. |

Hotellets centrala belägenhet samt serviceminded personal. Mycket fräscht hotell, såväl allmänna utrymmen som hotellrummet. Något hårda sängar. |

Trevlig Personal. Det var sagt att det var rummservice och hadde sett framimot frukost på rummet vilket inte gick, i mini baren fanns ingen alkohol, is fanns inte att hämta. Frukosten var bara basic och kaffet varifrån en automat. Små rum och persiennerna släppte in mkt ljus. |

Otroligt fint designat. Bra frukost. Bra läge med gångavstånd till Parlamentet, Margareta-ön, West-end gallerian mm. Det var inte riktigt färdigbyggt när vi var där, balkongdörren gick inte att öppna. Personalen ville inte hjälpa till att ringa något annat taxibolag än det dom hade avtal med. |

Bra hotell nära allt, frächt, stort rum (svit), mycket billigt och prisvärt, värt varenda krona... Luktade väldigt illa vid handfat på toaletten. Stod att svit innefattade en balkong mot innergård = tokliten i ett hörn där man inte såg någonting. Men vem spenderar å andra sidan sin tid på balkong när man är i en storstad som budapest ;) |

Hotel was fabulous, very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Staff was not helpful at all when we arrived from Airport we did not have any change for Taxi and had to go to nearest shop which was not opened. |

Clean ,modern hotel close to the city center.Helpful staff and comfortable rooms Our room was above the dining room and between 7am and 10 am was very noisy!! |

The design of the hotel is beautiful. It is also very central. With public transport from here many things are easily reachable in the city. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was very small for the money we paid. Also many things were broken in our room: door, shower rose, the toilet paper holder and it was unbearably warm so we always had to keep the window open. This is not what we expected for a newly opened 4 start hotel. |

Central in Budapest. Good beds and shower. Breakfast was more like as on 3*** hotel than 4**** as Marmara Hotel is rated. Cleaning service was not accpetable as the refilling of shampoo and renewing of clean towlet was forgotten. Floor was dirty all the time. No coffee/tee was available for the coffee/tee making. TV was more like pay TV than normal TV which cause bad first influence of the hotel. |

Friendly staff, good central location, easy access, clean and new. The bar facilities were not up to standard. 22.00 hrs. closure is not acceptable. What are you people thinking of ? Bar was too small and not properly staffed. However the guy who did work the bar was excellent and friendly. No fault of his. Also the breakfast was a little on the "small" side. Not enough variety. |

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful about everything - checked weather on internet, recommended restaurants, booked trips etc. Rooms were clean and beautiful and very warm - it was great as the weather was very cold outside.Our rooms were at back of hotel and there was no noise at night.Breakfast was ample - typical continental with fresh fruit and scrambled or boiled eggs. Ten minutes walk to parliament buildings and a few minutes to underground - well situated for sightseeing.Would recomment it. |

Airport Transfer was great arriving into a city you don't know, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel itself is very modern with lovely room and decor. A real pleasure, highly recommended The check out time was 10am which was a bit early but not sure if this is standard in Budapest. However it got us up and about on our last day in the beautiful City |

i liked the design of the hotel i did not like the fact that the windows couldn't be open because of the furniture, they did not supply new shower gel, they did not have shampoo, or bathroom slippers and the tea/cofee making facility didn't had any tea or cofee. Also, the restaurant suggested by the staff of the hotel was a tourist trap. |

The hotel/room is very niceclean, the breakfast is a normal european breakfast. If you like to walk, you can set out after breakfast and walk to all the sites in Pest and then over to Buda. It would be an all day event. The Parlament is about a 15 minute walk from hotel, the Buda castle about 35. The airport shuttle is 10EU/person and depending on where your hotel is you may be the first or last dropped off. This hotel is about 30min. From the airport. |
