The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of little charges for things like WiFi in the rooms, expensive breakfasts, etc. Also the AC in the room basically did not work. |

The location was near to public transport and the rooms were fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. You cannot really go out for drinks/dinner/dancing in Buda, so you need to go to Pest. Walking from Pest back to the hotel is quite far. |

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. Also, the hotel was a free swimming pool and non-free sauna and fitness facilities. Location is very good too, just below the Castle and a short walk from train and metro station. The tram stops just in front of the hotel. The short distance from the train station made for some noise, which would wake light sleepers. |

The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. There was only one computer near the reception which allowed internet access for free. The breakfast was ok but I've seen better. The room was very cold, there was only one extra blanket and we were two persons in a twin room also if I wouldn't have been as tired as I was I'd have noticed that there was a lot of noise coming from outside, trams and traffic. There was also a strange smell in our room |

good location in Buda, just infront of the castle, and just aside the subway. Professional staff Rooms and common areas look and feel old, room area is just enough. |

Big bed. Hair dryer didn't work in one room. Too much noise in the front rooms (from the trams). They didn't make the bed properly. |

The staff is quite helpful although not all are fluent in English. The hotel is located near the underground station and it's easy to get taxis too. However, during our stay, we met a group of extremely noisy American high school students. The restaurant was great though. There was a mistake in billing but was resolved. |

Nothing in particular Many things. On facilities, the swimming pool was too too cold, the sauna was old and dirty, with broken bricks on the wall, and there is a separate fee for using the fitness room as well as the sauna and steam bath. The rooms were small, congested and even when we changed to the privilege room, it still could not compare to the average three star hotel, very basic accomodations and facilities. |

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable room, although the bathroom is a bit small. We had a room on the 7th floor facing the castle district so our view was beautiful. Location is also great as it is 1 block from the M2 metro line, 1 block from the southern train station and streetcars stop in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend! Only negative would be the price of breakfast which is not included in room rates. 16 Euro per person for breakfast is too high, so we ate elsewhere. |

Great stay, would reccomend it, its near the south railway station which has a metro stop so well connected, its the other side of castle hill from the river. Great value for money, rooms and bathroom are medium sized, very clean, great staff. Good value for money at €60 |
