Hospitality of the staff.

Spacious room with very good view of city. Very clean and comfortable.

Had a nice and friendly receptionist at check-in. Location is quite good at the edge of the inner city and public transportation just 3 minutes by walking. Free Wifi in the room.

Rooms are quite small. Window is secured with a child lock and can be opened only few centimeters. Wardrobe pretty small. Room Safe is placed on the bottom of the wardrobe and you need to be in your knees in order to place things in it. Safe is also with magnetic stripe lock so you have to keep one magnetic card with you otherwise you can not lock it. Room entrance doors are absolutely not soundproteced, you can all even the slightest sound from the corridor, so permanently disturbed by late returners in the night!

Nice view to the Gellert Hill and to the Duna river. You can go easily to the center of the Pest with tram number 2 and to the airport with metro line 3.

I think that the hotel need a renovation, but it is an excellent value for money hotel.

Location in Budpest, Nice, friendly and serviceminded satf.

The berkfast was not the best.

The view over the river is excellent.

room is clean, staff speaks very good english

Rooms are to noisy, you can hear everything in the next room and from outside, not good for a good rest. They have charged me a breakfast even do I have not had one and was specificaly saying that I dont want one.

Läget är bra med tanke på allmänna kommunikationer. Frukostbuffén är utmärkt.

Det blev lite stökigt vid frukosten en dag, alltför många gäster samtidigt.

Cuscini troppo morbidi,pesantezza delle porte delle camere che danno fastidio perchè si chiudono con violenza e di notte mi son svegliato di soprasalto piu volte,la mancanza di minifrigo o bollitore,costo della colazione

Situation géographique intéressante, au bord du Danube et à quelques arrêts de tram du centre-ville. Accueil sympathique à tout heure, sens du service du personnel : font des réservations de restaurants pour nous.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et le savon n'a pas été renouvelé une seule fois. Je me suis donc lavé avec des échantillons récupérés dans d'autres hotels.

Удобное расположение, чистый, просторный номер с видом на гору Геллерт и берег Дуная. В номере убираются каждый день, следят, чтобы туалетные пренадлежности всегда были. Персонал компетентный и отзывчивый.

Очень медленный интернет. Завтраки не стоят 13 евро. Можно позавтракать в городе дешевле и сытнее.

Hotellets läge, vänliga personal, renlighet, god frukost.

Trafuken kan vara störande, kanske hotellet borde byta ut de trasiga handdukarna.
