The location of the hotel, parking facility, cleanliness. The male receptionist wasn't very polite, we couldn't have breakfast because we were 2 minutes late, the parking structure was a bit expensive. |

Very good position - central, good neighborhood (still, across the street was a night club quite noisy during night!), very close Vaci street - a popular street with restaurants and shops. Not really a 4 stars hotel - no tea or coffee makers in room, small room, small bathroom and very poor water pressure for the shower. No shower caps, no sewing set. And expensive parking! |

The staff were excellent. The breakfasts were good, the hotel was very well located close to public transport, the room was clean. The room was tiny. We had a so called superior room but there was not the space to have two people moving about the room at the same time. When I asked about the availabilty of a larger room I was told that was not an option. |

Central location: great location for tourist sites, shopping, not far from the Danube. Swimming pool and spa area too small. Too warm in room and windows were locked, but they did change our room after asking for it. |

location, room ... reception staff, a woman at the reception took our credit card to take a deposit without informing us ... although the hotel was paid earlier that day, she said, she had to have some deposit "in case we change our mind and have breakfast", horrible and stupid excuse, never heard of it .... |

The room was cramped, quite difficult to move around, the shower in the bathroom could not be used without makeng a pool on the floor. The price of the breakfast is outrageous. |
