The pool was tiny and badly laid out, not enough room in the changing rooms and the staff were so unfriendly.
The pillows on the bed were extremely uncomfortable and flat - probably because they were feather.
The shower head in the bath was at totally the wrong angle, so it sprayed everywhere and the shower screen didn't meet the bath edge so it went everywhere there too - meaning a paddling pool of a bathroom (prob the same size as the real pool though).
Also the air conditioning didn't really cool the room much at all, despite us leaving it on 24/7.
Finally - the technology. There was a serious lack of plugs in the room, so phone charging was a mish for two people! And the wifi was hit and miss if it worked
The location was fantastic, right next to a Metro station, so easy to get to by public transport and only a five minute or so walk from the town centre. Staff were mostly friendly, but far too many of them at breakfast, felt like our every move was being watched and the woman in the pool was SO grumpy!
The rooms were a decent size with TVs, safety deposit boxes, towels, toiletries etc. We had no hot water on the first morning, but to give them their dues, the manager compensated us with a free airport transfer when we took it up with him, so good service made up for it.
