Personnel aimable. Tout en étant pas très loin du centre ville, l'hôtel est dans un quartier très calme. Pas vraiment de restaurant à l'hôtel, une petite carte de snacks nous a été proposée au bar mais seuls deux articles étaient commandables. Pour un quatre étoiles, les linges de bain n'ont pas été changés tous les jours. |

Nous avons énormément apprécié sa situation, dans une rue extrêmement tranquille et le calme de l'hôtel. Jolies chambes confortables. Pour un hôtel d'une chaîne française, personne ne parle aucun mot de français. De plus, malgré le drapeau Allemand ou Espagnol sous leur nom, les réceptionnistes ne parlent pas un seul mot de la langue mentionnée à part l'anglais et le hongrois. |

L'accueil est agréable et serviable. On est bien renseigné par le personnel de l'hôtel. Un peu loin à pied du centre, mais bonnes communications de bus et métro pas loin de l'hôtel. |

Hotel très bien placé au centre-ville, dans une rue calme. Beau batiment. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La climatisation ne marchait pas dans la chambre et il n'a pas été possible de la réparer ou de nous changer de chambre. La propreté pourrait être meilleure (pas de changement de linge en 4 jours, pas de renouvellement de shampoing/gel...). |

Excellent hôtel en centre ville permet de visiter facilement la ville à pied. Rue très calme, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna super en fin de journée. A conseiller. |

A nice spa Reception's staff wasn't particulary gentle (never said Hello!) and not competent about turistic places and how to get there... A very strange request of a prepaid guaranty of 150€ for extra charge?! |

Simple, clean, regular hotel.Good location. The room was VERY small. I didn't like that I had to leave my credit card number with the pincode for occasional usage of the overheads (minibar, TV etc.).I also didn't like that the breakfast was not included into the price and, as separate service, was relatively expensive and not corresponding to the local prices. The price for taxi to the Railway Station was VERY high comparing to the distance. |

Good position, convenient for metro/trams etc. Helpful staff. Efficient lift and good room cleanliness. Quiet for a city hotel The amount charged for breakfast was exorbitantly high and the breakfast was not better than at all the other hotels we stayed in, where breakfast was included. The cost of breakfast plus local taxes meant we had a big bill at the end of our stay, though we had paid for the acommodation in advance |

Terrific location. Lovely helpful staff While they did come in to clean the room and make the bed everyday, the staff didn't give us clean glasses for the whole 5 days we stayed. |

The location of the hotel was ideal. Close to the metro station and if you'd like to walk a bit more, you were in the center of the city. The surroundings (neighbourhood) are a bit "depressing", but afterall you go there to sleep. We found the cost of the breakfast too high, so we went at a Costa Coffee shop nearby to have breakfast. The timetable of the spa was not convinient to visit it. We had made a double reservation, for two couples and they didn't give us identical rooms. This was not a problem for us but it might be for others. |

Very helpfull and professional staff. Very clean and comfortable room in a very quite (university) district. Almost central location, near to the two metro lines, and 10 minutes of walk from the Vaci Utca and Duna river. There wasn't tee and coffee facilities in the room (for the 4 stars hotel it is necessary, i think). The breakfast extra charge is extreamly high. |

Very Well Located, very comfortable, i loved the hotel Maybe add another sliding door to the shower, our shower only had a sliding door that covered half the opening so water could spill out, and the water in the showers do not drain properly, your standing in a spill of water, kind of gross. |
