Lokalizacja. Apartamenty/ pokoje. Personel na recepcji - bardzo pomocny! Obsluga sali sniadaniowej - nie znajaca jezyka, ostentacyjnie gaszaca swiatlo o 10:00. |

rooms are large parking is too expensive, parking charge per day, so if you don't stay full day you pay for the full day not just the hours your car was there. |

The apartments were very spacious and clean and were nicely furnished. It was very good value for money and in a convenient location for touring Budapest. The signage outside the hotel was very bad and we passed the door several times before finding it. It couldn't be found easily from inside the Millenium Centre either. A few good directional signs are needed. The desk staff were average but OK. It was very poor that an apartment with a kitchen did not offer a starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar. Not even any washing detergent for the dishes. We were told we had to buy our own - not a real option for a 2 night stay. |

Very cosy and nice studio room with good facilities ,room enough for 2. King size bed with lots of pillows was nice after busy day.Free sauna use is good thing.Good air condition. Maybe better TV-set and owen in the kitchen??.. And :Wine bottle opener was missing. These things dropped 1 point off |

Location, spaciousness of the room, facilities (although we didn"t use the kitchen). Declared on a website as a 5 star, whereas there is 4 star written on a door. An it is 4 star, not more. Breakfast is modest. The reception could not recommend decent restaurant in the vicinity, however provided instructions later on how to get to 24-hours shop. |

The location was excellent, as it was right off the main shopping district and close enough to the city sights one could walk to everything. Just a block off the river makes this location ideal for runners. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service. |

The apartment was very spacious. The breakfast was very poor (the bread I was served was obviously taken out of the fridge, it was cold!) The room was not terribly clean (the fan extractors were extremely dirty, I even thing they were blocked from the dirt). The room was big but it felt claustrophobic as none of the windows had view on the road (I am not asking for much, all I could see was the back of the next building...which was very close). At the same time, the bath towels were yellow (what happened to the nice clean looking white towels?) and had a lot of marks from bleach! I should say though that the cleaning staff were very helpful. |

Good located in the center of Budapest. Nice staff. Very large and well equipped rooms with kitchen. Continental-breakfast was very poor and had not even the standard of a three-star hotel. Service staff at breakfast was only one or two persons, so they cannot do their jobs. |
