The staff was nice, the breakfast bufet was rich and always fresh and it is in a very quiet area of town. |

The hotel is very good for those who travel and stop after a long way from eastern Europe to Vienna (it is near the border with Austria and the price is excellent. Even if you reach the hotel very late at night you will find a nice receptionist to respond to all your questions in a good english or german, you can find a good, warm dinner and a cold, refreshing beer until 23.00 and the breakfast is really excellent, richer and better than in many western hotels with more stars. The hotel is very quiet and the parking is safe (with barrier and videosurveillance at the reception) |

Very clean rooms; very kind staff; I left early in the morning ( 6 o'clock) and I had the pleasant surprise to get the breakfast all packed; thanks again. |

The staff were helpful , extremely obliging and courtesous. The faciliteis were good , but there was renovation work which detracted from the ambiance. The sewerage system left a odour in the bathroom. Repair Work being carried out at tehe time |

It was near to the people I was visiting. Hot stuffy room, one small stool - no chairs. Unimaginative breakfasts with flies on the uncovered meats and cheese. |

I did liked your staff and the hospitality from all of them, whether reception or restaurant or cleaning. All at the room was allright and great thanks to your cleaningstaff - they did a very godd job.You all are whery kindly and generious people and I feel whery godd knowing you and I will recommand Minerva for people here in my place. If I should recommand something for you it would be the breakfast - It seem to me there could be more fruit and less sausigee.And the plate mats is not a good thing because it become more and more dirty or looked like. |

It was very handy, easy to find and comfortable. It wa also very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in which we stayed in Hungary. The ensuite was very tiny and had a bad drains smell. When we arrived at the hotel after going out, there was no parking space left within the barrier. We put the car inside the barrier but moved it in the early hours of the morning in case we were blocking someone. The breakfast was good, but I had to keep asking for things to be replenished such as eggs, tea. |

Tidy room - good breakfast The price charged through bookings.com was more than the posted price at the hotel. The bed was not very comfy because it was two smaller beds pushed together with a thick wooden edge. |

Das Restaurant und der Empfang waren angenehm. Zentrale Lage und das Essen fanden wir auch gut. Den bewachten Parkplatz fanden wir gut, auch das er nachts nur durch eine Schranke befahrbar war. Das viel zu kleine Bad. Auf eine zentrale Schließanlage könnte umgerüstet werden, der Sicherheit wegen. |
