Good location, subway station is 100 meters from the hotel, nice and clean hotel. Enjoyed our staying a lot.

We have ordered two rooms for two couples for the same price. For some reason one room was totally different from another - very very small. Please check with the hotel what kind of room do you get. As an example you could ask the hotel to show you room 304 (which is great) and 303.

All the people working in the hotel are very nice and helpful,comparing the price, the location is perfect for any traveler, metro station- Hosok is in 2-min walk distance and Hero square, 3 min, city park, 5 min. The ceiling is very high and all facilities are brand new.

Don't have many choices for breakfast in the hotel, and not many restaurants around

Staff were excellent...nothing was too much trouble. Location was good. Rooms were nicely appointed.

Breakfast is overpriced in my opinion. 15 Euro;S. The breakfast was not well attended, and items that had all been finished were not replaced. I had to go to reception and ask for more. My only complaint though.

Beautiful design hotel, polite and helpful staff, great location (near wellness-centre, national museum, ice-skating park, castle, metro-station, lots of free parking places). Clean and large room, large bed. Historic wonderful building, great great great!

The hotel is only 50m from the metro at Heroes Square which makes it easy to get around Budapest. The hotel has only been open since November, so has excellent Burberry influenced décor. Friendly staff and even though we had a room on the main street, the road noise was not a problem.

Small rooms

Good location, very clean hotel, friendly staff, parking is 10 meter near hotel and you pay it about 0.8e for h, from 07h to 18h. WiFi is free and very good in rooms, no problem with that.

The hotel is opposite Heroes Square, ice skating and a beautiful park. The old town is 25 minutes walk along a boulevard or a short trip on the subway. The hotel is an old building that has been lovingly restored and rejuvenated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and offer all modern conveniences.

Excellent location right near the Heroe's square. Beautiful and comfortable.

Actual room is not like in photo! It is much much smaller, second time we asked for different room and we got again very small. from door you enter the bad, and from bad to toilette! Incredible, there is no chairs like on the photo. It is far from city center, you need 40 min walk! Thay should not wright that hotel is in city center, because it isnt. Free parking is not very secure since is public accross the street in the dark. Staff was rude and not very polite.

new, clean, place, good equipment of bathroom

Rooms on the 1st. floor are very close to recepcion. During whole night guests in this rooms are intruding by talking, ringing of telephone, etc. Moreover around 6 a.m. somebody started bang like by reparation of something... Staff didn´t know explain us what´s happend. Near of hotel is Sechenyi Spa. I can´t recommend visit it. Spa is crowded, dirty, especially saunas are non hygienic, they need reconstraction.

Clean new hotel, big rooms, amazing architecture, across the street to City park and Szecheny baths.

You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to get to the entrance. The staff was very kind but unexperianced. Very cold bathroom.
