Only the sweeming pool They just try to extract money from customers for their poor services. It is really a cheating hotel. I am sure no body want to go back after first experiance. I will never recommend to any one. |

super breakfast Unfriendly receptionists including car park clerk.As european living in USA, tourist related businesses could learn a lot from the American on how to treat customers( they are friendlier and helpful,never rude).The worst service comes always from 4 stars hotels. |

das Thermalbad und das Schwimmbad zu kleine Saunalandschaft und fehlende Trinkbrunnen speziell in der Saunalandschaft. Man musste sich überallhin Wasserflaschen mitnehmen. Warum fehlt das? Hier wird am falschen Ort gespart. |

Нравится практически все из того, что предлагается: вежливый персонал, чистота в номере, кухня, открытый и закрытый бассейны, шаговая доступность зубоврачебной клиники, термальное озеро неподалеку 1) Удивляет отсутствие на территории источников с минеральной питьевой водой 2) Наличие собственного бесплатного Wi-Fi или проводного интернета в каждом номере и на территории отеля сразу бы повысило его привлекательность для "бизнес - туристов" 3) Хотелось бы, чтобы отель предлагал однодневные туры в Вену и Братиславу - это было бы актуально для туристов без своего транспортного средства 4) Даже с учетом всех плюсов цена в "низкий сезон" представляется завышенной, учитывая качество всех предоставляемых услуг, которое, несомненно, отвечает требованиям четырехзвездочного отеля, но не более того |

Les nombreuses piscines et le breakfast. Impossible d'obtenir clairement l'information suivante : les chambres sont-elles avec "air conditionning" donc avec du chaud et du froid?. Dans notre chambre en en ce mois de mai : pas de froid. |

Der umfassende, gute Service, das sehr gute Essen, die ausreichenden Zeiten für Frühstück, MIttag- und Abendessen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Die Abrechnung wurde nicht wie vereinbart in Euro abgerechnet, sondern in Forinth, d.h. das Umrechungsrisiko und die Auslandsspesen leigen beim Gast. |
