NH Budapest  

The hotel staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I have not had time to visit the fitness room and sauna. We went to Budapest for the New Year. The hotel is just outside the historic center, go there on foot is a pleasant walk. In 5 minutes you are at the parliament building. The rooms are clean, the big right. You also have access to wifi in the welcome pack.

The staff were very helpful.

The room was excellent, very clean, with a big bathroom and free Wi-Fi. We arrived to the hotel quite early in the morning but they had rooms available so they let us check in immediately. The staff was happy to help with enquiries about the city and transportation. The breakfast was very good.

Amazing staff,always smiling & helpful,I really DID like them!Excellent location,close to two tram lines and metro station, all within 5 minutes walk, very clean,comfy beds, spacious room, Good value for money.I asked for a room with a good view and on a side with less noise (if there would be any) & it was given. I really liked my room 517. I definitely recommend this hotel.Check-in, Check-out quite quick!

I wish breakfast was included in the room rate. I didn't take it as it was a bit on the high price. They also stated that they didn't have a double bed when I was checking in so I was given a room with two twin beds put next to each other to make it like a double bed.

The building is new and excellent. The rooms are in a very good state of repair.

I liked the location,close to the center of the city and the wellness and spa room.

Clean and smart, easy access to all transport, from trams, metro and mainl-ine trains.

The noise from the trams, if one wants to sleep with the window open at night. Air con. is, however, very quiet.

Kreveti su samo spojeni I lako se odvajaju, al ipak jako udobni I stvarno se divno spava. Od saune I teretane se ne treba previše očekivati, jako lijepo uređeno, ali malo I najčešće zauzeto.

Lo staff non è cliente orientato. Esempi: - ho prenotato una ulteriore camera per telefono per una notta, ho accordato anche un prezzo. quando siamo arrivati ho capito che la camera non è stata prenotata - colazione è più cara di una cena in un ristorante medio in Budapest, questo è inaccettabile - non c'era riscaldamento nel bagno - l'acqua nella doccia è stata sia troppo fredda che troppo calda... - non si trovata il numero del reception da nessuna parte sul telefono - una sera ho ordinato da mangiare via room service, ho chiesto anche una coca visto che il minibar non è stato ricaricato, ho fatto una nota quando la prima cosa che il barrista ha risposto: il minibar non è la mia responsabilità......... queste cose insieme non ci hanno la voglia di ritornare anche se viaggiamo molto in Budapest e questo hotel sarebbe stato molto ideale per la posizione..

Muy buena calidad/precio puesto que pudimos acogernos a una oferta que además incluia el desayuno. Este último muy bien. El hotel nos gustó. Habitaciones espaciosas.Muy cercano a la estación de tren.

La ubicación. La zona en la que está es buena pero algo alejado de las zonas de compras.

Micul dejun diversificat, pentru toate gusturile, inclusiv vegetarieni. Amplasarea hotelului, personalul amabil.

Am mers in luna noiembrie si in camera noaptea era un frig inrozitor. Am inghetat de frig in camera iar fetita s-a ales cu o tuse cu care inca ne mai luptam.Recomand hotelul dar nu pe perioada rece daca aveti copii mici.

Très bien situé par rapport à mon lieu de travail (vaci ut). Personnel très sympa. Très propre.

Deux lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit. Il fait parfois froid dans la chambre.
