Spacious room - very friendly and helpful bell captain - some of the staff were friendly - several of the staff were helpful - would have been better if they had been both.breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and accomodated our request for soy milk.location excellent. Room facilites very good.

Very friendly, efficient and competent staff, no waiting time when checking in or out, individual attention (my fligth arrived at 9 in the morning and they made my room avaiable from 10 am which meant I could work during the day). I stay here everytime I'm in Budapest and will continue to come back.

Well equipped gym, tasty food.

Hotel is so good. It is situated near the Center of the Budapest. Hotel is in old fashion artistic building, but everything in hotel is renovated and rooms are so modern and nice. Hotel is clean, rooms are clean and spa sector is also clean. I got early check in-in 7 A.m, and when I've check out, they storage my luggage all day long. Hotel stuff is so professional, good informed and very helpful. WiFi connection is good. Spa part of the hotel is great. When I would travel next time, I will choose some of hotel from the group of Novotel hotels!

Price of the breakfast is so expensive. Prices of the food in Budapest are so low, so for the price of the breakfast in hotel, you can pay lunch for two persons in many of the fancy restaurant in the city!

Fantastic check in staff, very efficient. Welcome note and chocolates a very nice touch indeed. Free wifi throughout the complex excellent.

No irons available to use in the room.

The location was very good, near the famous New York Cafe.My uncle said the capuccino is the best he ever tasted.

The Staff are not very friendly.They cannot provide the infomation I need and not very helpful.

The hotel is situated very close to a subway station. The breakfast was very good and varied.

I was a little disappointed by the ammenities of the room and the bed linens appeared to be outworn.

für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet, Metrostation 1 min zu Fuß, Innenstadt mit 10 min Spaziergang erreichbar

liegt an einer größeren Straße, auch im 6. Stock konnte man den Straßenlärm noch hören, wenn das Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegt

Purtroppo alcuni componenti del personale facevano pesare il nostro cattivo inglese cosa che invece non si è mai verificata negli altri alberghi all'estero dove ci sono sempre venuti incontro con grande gentilezza e professionalità (Berlino, Praga, Parigi, Madrid ecc...)

Grosses, helles und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Jaccuzzi war super!
