The fitness room is very interesting, the machines are very good and well selected. The internet is free. the food is good. There is a sports hall next to the hotel. you can play squash, go to the swimming pool or use the gigantic fitness area. The water in the swimmining pool is too cold! |

Nice hotel with clean rooms and kind staff hospitality. Japanese breakfast menu is something I can recommend to Asian visitors. |

Positive Renovierung/Umbau (ich kannte das alte Novotel). Freundlichkeit des Personals. Abgetrennter und gesicherter Hotelparkplatz. Oftmaliger (grundloser?) Brandalarm, daher damit verbundener Ausfall der Hotellifte (mehrmals innerhalb von 1 Stunde). Kleine Badezimmer. |

modul de organizare a Conferintei regionale pentru Europa de est - excelent Curatenia in camera si dotarea minibarului ,sa se faca cand nu esti in camera ,nu sa vina sa te intrebe daca vrei sa faca curatenie . Aceasta nu este o optiune a turistului ci o obligatie a personalului hotelier . |

Am participat la un congres de trei zile. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte atent sa avem informatiile necesare si conditiile optime pentru aceasta activitate. |

Het hotel heeft een heel goede keuken en een erg uitgebreid, goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet in een ruim opgezette ontbijtruimte. Het personeel was zeer correct en attent. De derde dag viel helaas de stroom uit in de hotelkamer. In overleg met het andere Novotel hotel in Budapest kregen we een transfer en gratis upgrade naar een grote, luxe kamer met uitzicht over de Donau. Ook de transfers naar het congres naast Novotel Congress nam het hotel voor zijn rekening. De manager van het nieuwe hotel heeft persoonlijk contact opgenomen of het ongemak zo voldoende gecompenseerd was. Het hotel heeft gratis internet in de hal. De kamer rook niet fris, er leek in te zijn gerookt. Het hotel was echter volgeboekt, we hebben meer moeten luchten. De rekening viel iets hoger uit dan aangegeven in euro's op de rekening van Booking.com. De rekening bleek vanuit Hongaarse Forinten te zijn teruggerekend. Zeker na de uitstekende upgrade hebben we hier echter geen punt van gemaakt. |

Très bon accueil souriant , sympathique, disponible, parlant français. Prix du parking élevé ne correspondant pas au prix proposé de 12 euro par jour. |

Colazione a buffet di buona scelta. Good breakfast with good choose. Posizione buona rispetto al centro, che si raggiunge con un tram. Per un albergo 4 stelle i servizi sono alquanto carenti: niente accappatoi e ciabatte per sauna; tutti i servizi (bar, internet, PayTV, telefono, ecc) hanno prezzi esosi esclusi dalla tariffa. Il parcheggio non e' gratuito come riportato dal sito booking.com! |
