Room very comfortable and furnished to high standard.Breakfast good choice but a tray would make things easier.Staff very helpful.

Towels very poor quality for this class of hotel. This only thing I disliked.

The hotel was comfortable clean and well run. The food was excellent although we went down to breakfast at 9.30 and a lot of the food was cold and dried up. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the parliament building was wonderful and well worth paying the extra.

There was very little to dislike about the hotel. The shower/bath was a little hard to get into and there was no rubber mats for the bath so a bit dangerous for the older person a handle on the wall would have been helpful for getting in and out of the bath.

From this hotel it is easy to get to anywhere in Budapest. You can walk, hire a bike or take the public transport, all easily accessible from the hotel. the view of the parliament is amazing. If you are there for their St Stephen's festival you could not be in a better position. The fireworks happen right outside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, best croissants! The room was quiet and wifi was great. Can't wait to visit again.

Location is fantastic and the bed was excellent

Front desk receptionist, Szandra, was very rude when asked why should the hotel charge a 10000 huf guarantee on my credit card. There was also a spider web in room 204 right above the minibar. The room was not insulated as in the description of the hotel and we were woken up by the traffic.

perfect location, , comfortable and silent room, polite staff and nice bar. Breakfast is nice choice and great view from breakfast room.

limited parking area, no chance to find a place so you have to park in surrounding streets

The interior design is very pleasant that It can make one relax once he step in. Cannot complain about the facilities and the hygiene. The breakfast is heart-warming too.

The static charge problem on the lift button is severe. I always got the electric shock when I press the buttons. Once the shock is so great that I jumped a step backward from the lift involuntarily.

The cleanliness of the room, the location - the hotel is right across the Parliament building, on the other side of the Danube, and close enough to other points of interest in Budapest. The rooms are soundproofed, and the hotel has quiet surroundings anyway. It is possible to park at the hotel.

The windows could not be opened, and there are no balconies, so you only have to rely on the ventilation system. This is a minor issue anyway. We had a small problem, we payed for the parking with cash, and at home we found that they also charged our credit card for the same expenses. However, the staff was kind enough to solve this problem. If you pay anything cash at the hotel, it would be best to ask for a receipt, to avoid any future problems.

They did not accept Euros, which we found a bit strange for an international hotel chain.

Staff were pretty nice. The day manager was exceptional! The view was magnificent, overlooking the Danube and the Parliament. If you can afford the upgrade, go for the corner suite - executive suite. It's worth it! Location is near the tram, underground, castle hill and many more areas and all within walking distance.

Bar closes at 12am and not a huge food selection, but that shouldn't be a problem if you venture out to all the amazing Hungarian restaurants you can find on Castle Hill.

Very good hotel with the best service ever. Been there for longer stay with my family (13days) and the only thing i don't like is there high price for breakfast and that the gamecontroll for the x-box still not working for the kids to play on. One thing the could do is maybe do something more for the children. Skip a part of the gym and make very good playroom for kids instead.

High price for the breakfast. 30 euro for two adults every day its not ok. I think the breakfast should be included for what you pay for the stay. If we should take breakfast every day for 13 days it would cost all to much. Not so mutch to do for the kids at the hotel, one of the the x-box controls where still broken since last year.
