The hotel is very well located, close to downtown and has its own parking in the courtyard. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped but a bit awkward because insufficient space between the toilet and shower. Breakfast is varied. Free Internet in rooms.

The hotel has some style and charm, and was generally kept clean and tidy. It was hard to get a good nights rest, due to noise inside and outside the hotel. my room was facing the street and since there are a few bars etc. nearby there was alot of noise coming from the street. The walls are also very thin, and therefore travel from the room next door. On top of that I heard the cleaners at work very early in the morning.

Parking is still for free... I've decided to stay at Obester because my previous visit was excellent. This time everything went wrong. First the road to hotel is under construction so you need either precise info or a lot of luck to get there. Second room was small and below expected standard. Then there was no music in the restaurant at all (last time smooth jazz made my day). One thing hasn't changed: waiters still write up 10% tips without asking...

New building, free parking, large room, air-conditioning, good location. Everything I needed. Nothing to complain, some minor details to improve: the air-conditioning doesn't work without keycard, so it was quite hot in the room, when I arrived in each evening. There were seven light bulbs in the room of which three didn't work. The rooms are new, better attention to cleaning them might pay off.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were happy the air conditioning worked well since we were there during the summer. The breakfast was also nice. There was a nice selection of fresh fruit as well as hot dishes. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

We arrived in the free parking during the Thursday Salsa dancing and everything after that was fantastic. The facilities are beautiful and first class modern. Large room with all facilities. The dinner at the John Bull Pub at the hotel was 4+. Staff was exceptionally helpful especially Diana. Will come back if in Debrecen. Nothing.

Interesting decor. With the exception of bad coffee, breakfast was very good with many excellent choices. Hotel was too hot to sleep comfortably despite having AC and it was only May.

Wir waren für eine Nacht mit 10 Personen auf der Durchreise in Debrecen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abend wurden wir auf der Terrasse bewirtet, die Speisen waren sehr gut und die Weinkarte exzellent. Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig, Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Unsere Fahrzeuge konnten wir bedenkenlos im Hof des Hauses abstellen. Diese Hotel kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel super Frühstück - super Lage für Stadt und Therme, immer einen Besuch wert. Nettes Restaurant mit "Biergarten" hinter dem Haus. Volle Empfehlung. Cappuchino nicht im Frühstückspreis inklusive, sonst alles bestens.
