Ho appezzato la posizione, il parking a 50 mt., il prezzo della camera, la qualità della camera e la cortesia del personale.

Il quarto piano dove c'era la ns. camera non é raggiungibile con l'ascensore di conseguenza bisogna farsi un piano con le valigie.

Great hotel in renovated mansion - walking distance to main city attractions, cafes, bars are in closest neighbourhood. The biggest advantge is the hotel design - modern, with care about details, comfortable terrace.If the breakfast was more diverse (it is very poor like in cheap 3 stars hotel) it would be perfect.

Everything was great. The staff was really very friendly and anttentive. Hotel is new, well equipped and very comfortable. Close to main walking areas.

Location close to opera and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Close to subway.

Overall a disappointment. Have stayed in Budapest in much better hotels for less money. Overall layout of the appartments and the general building is not very efficient or well though over. Decoration is most likely not to everybody's taste. For example at the working table in the appartment you sit with your back to the TV which cannot be turned in any way. Neighbours can look into the room easily from across the street so you have to put the shades down even during the day. Dark and small bathroom, especially not enough light around the mirror. Dark floor is unforgiving for dirt, you see everything immediately and therefore gives the impression of not being clean (but probably is cleaner then it looks). Poor breakfast.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room, and if I had stayed longer then it would have been great to cook, but I was only there for one night.

1. The door to my room was very difficult to open and close, it kept sticking and the latch would not catch to lock it. 2. The Breakfast time was too early, it should have run until 11am at least. 3. I booked my room as a double but did not realise I could book it as a single, but they would not refund me my money.

Excellent value for money. My apartment was fully equipped which included a kitchen extension. Nice, modern design. perfect for a weekend in town.

The only minus goes for the lack of safe in the room despite the fact the hotel's website assures they are provided. I guess I must have been unlucky then. One shall better ask at the reception.

There's a kitchenette in the room and very well stocked with cutlery and crockery. we didn't cook but did make use of the wine glasses and bowls. The location is quite good, esp. for those who want to do shopping in expensive boutiques, like LV, Gucci, Prada. but if you want to do lots of cheap shopping, it's really not the place.

At the time we were there, there seems to be many trainees, hence, we weren't able to get proper advice or recommendations on restaurants or shopping around the hotel. Also, the bathroom is just too small. i suppose that's to make up for the kitchenette.

Very nice Hotel central to most major sights. I have stayed in Budapest many times and this hotel is buy far the best and I will deffinately stay here again.

The service was great. The staff were very helpful when we had some questions. The garden on the top floor was excellent.

No we got excatly what we were paying for. The only thing that you could imrove in the future which is not necessary for the hotel but could increase attention on the hotel is to have a restaurant. I know that there are a lot of restaurants nearby but i think it would be very attractive for tourist to see that such a good hotel has also a good restaurant for their disposal.

The hotel was absolutely great, the location is in the center of everything, super-helpful staff, comfortable and well designed rooms, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the hotel.
