Excellent staff - very welcoming and helpful. Ideal location in quiet street. Modern and bright decor. More than satisfactory breakfast - although space a little limited nice to be able to sit outside. Two minutes walk to the Opera House, Metro and Andrassy ut.

they took the deposit of our credit card wich was more than our bill...we called the hotel and after a week we are still waiting to see what is going to happen...

The hotel has a great location, just behind the opera house, in a quiet residential and pedastrian area, five minute walk to the yellow metro line, just in front of the Opera house. It is a cosy hotel, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff that is ready to give you advice about the city.

Breakfast is good but can be much better for the four star hotel. Very limitted diversity, cramped in a small space where you cannot avoid queing for coffee or piece of cheese. Hotel could also do a better job in serving the regular customers. No matter how often you have stayed at the hotel, each time the staff treats you as if it is your first time. You still need to fill out the form as if you have never entered your data before. No special discounts are offered to the regular customers.

Great location. Easy walking access to centre of city. Modern well furnished bedroom. Special touches ie complimentary mulled wine/sangria.Friendly and helpful reception staff who were also responsive to our requirements. Spoke good English. Sauna and whirlpool available at no extra cost. Good choice at breakfast. Excellent value for money and hotel is also plugged into the Budapest dentists if that is your reason for visiting Hungary. Thoroughly delighted with whole experience. Budapest is also an impressive well laid out city to visit.

A very nice hotel, especially for the price - I've stayed at more expensive and higher rated hotels throughout Europe, this hotel was suprisingly well appointed, with very nice rooms at incredible prices. The staff was very cordial and accommodating, even with challenging guests. I highly recommend this establishment.
