I loved everything about this hotel: location, free, working internet, breakfast included in room rate with an ample variety of food of great quality, room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities, staff very polite and helpful |

Breakfast good, room clean, stuff friendly and fast response, location is excellent, internet if free and good quality no safe in the room. pillows are not confortable on second day only one towel was provided and had to ask for more |

Very friendly and professional young staff, comfortable pleasant rooms, good breakfast (although offer of fresh orange juice and proper coffee would have been even better), perfect location on Pest side, Nothing warranting criticism, really - very recommendable. (weekend stay after business trip to Budapest) |

The hotel looks and feels great, The staff was great and courteous, Breakfast was vast and included everything a man could want. The hotel is placed in a great place, right next to a metro station and the Opera house. It's location is 10 minutes walk from every place. The rooms were very clean and well organized. In fact, we practically enjoyed every part of the hotel and would surely recommend it One night the Internet at our floor stopped working. We were quite depending on it to call home and get updates from news at home and there was no one to fix it. The problem was fixed the next morning as the technician arrived at 09:00, everything worked at 09:05. I would recommend the hotel to keep such a person on a call alert as Internet is an infrastructure. |

good breakfast buffet, free Internet facilities, helpful staff room was first too warm and then too cold; movie programme did not work properly. because of this problem we did not have to pay for it, which was correct. but we would have preferred paying for a properly functioning service. |
