Emplacement pres du centre et du terminal de bus,shoping mall proche,tres bon petit dejeuner,hotel tres fonctinnel ,design contemporain. Ouverture des fenetres bizarre(type velux). |

Les bains d'Héviz Staff antipathique et inexistant. Les clients n'existent pas. Certainement pas assez de personnel, surtout pour le restaurant. Buffet petit déj: les plats étaient souvent vides et pas remplis au fur et à mesure. Souper (demi-pension): partout ailleurs en Hongrie la nourriture est meilleure que ce buffet... Se veut être un quatre étoiles, mais atteint à peine les 2 étoiles... |

peu de chose sauf design de l'ascenseur et présence du wi fi accessible facilement et gratuit l'accueil , terrasse donnant sur viele pension de cure, pas du buffet sur terrasse exterieur, buffet peu généreux, pas d'aleze,sur le matelat,serviette changée tous les deux jours sinon frais supplémentaire,pas de piscine exterieur etc..... |

Hôtel très bien situé, calme, confort, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Grand buffet petit-déjeuner. Catégorie 3 étoiles alors qu'il se présente toujours en 4 étoiles. Pendant les 2 soirs de notre séjour, uniquement buffet à disposition. |

There is nice swimmingpool, jacuzzi, sauna & relaxing room in the hotel.Good size rooms with balcony. Close to the thermal lake. Rich buffet breakfast. Bedlinen are old & not very clean. Towels are not changed every day. In the massageroom laud radio music. Should be relaxing CD on. |

I liked the place, situation in the center of Heviz. I didn't like the staff, equipment and the cleanliness of the room. This was really not for the 4stars hotel relevant! I have awaited more friendliness of the staff. |

Comfortable large room with balcony to sit outside and arm chairs in room. Decoration not very modern, but in keeping with the atmosphere of Héviz. Room was exactly like the photo on booking.com. Well situated easy walk to thermal lake, underground car park. Easy to find on main road coming into Heviz. Room cleaning could be better the inside of the cupboards was very dusty. |

I was only there for 4 days, fortunately the food was ok. Hard bed, a single bed sheet on a double bed and laughable car parking. |

the food , the helpful staff, use of a computer,location ,swimming pool. best of all and the most inportant great hard working staff.t hanks, no bath tub , poor tv chanels for english,would have liked a different theme on the food for the odd night, chinese,indian ,mexican,etc,and a bit of cd music or entertainment at night with the meal etc. worst thing was treading dog poo in the room when another guest on our floor let his dog foul outside our room not nice . |

Large room with balcony, dining table and kitchen area. Indoor pool and sauna. Whole hotel air conditioned. Free wi-fi. Underground private garage. Safe in room. Breakfast included. Close to Spa. Not much else in Hevis apart from the Spa but lake Balaton is only a short drive. |

The building of hotel itself is nice, comfortable and new. Large and very convenient room. Reasonable breakfast. Generally very good value for reasonable money. Personnel is friendly. When cleaning will be done properly it will be a nice 4 star hotel. Cleaning of the rooms: if hotel managements makes a small effort that rooms are really cleaned by stuff (and not only beds covered), then they can expect perfect feedback and lots of happy guests that are coming more! For 4 days floor was never cleaned, powder dust everywhere (that was not cleaned for long time) and mold in bathroom that is not acceptable |

The breakfast was good. Nice to have pool and sauna on site. The robes were also nice as well as having a terrace. The facilities closed too early. Would have been nice to have the ability to go to the pool and sauna at night. Both closed at 8:00. |

Staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel felt luxurious, spacious rooms with lovely balconies and wonderful views. A/C much appreciated. We loved the central location and the proximity to the thermal lake. Also the indoor pool at 7am when it was quieter. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide range of hot and cold foods and delicious bread, rolls and pastries. Only Housekeeping let the hotel down: beds covered rather than made; rooms not dusted; notice in bathroom said towels were changed every 2 days and bathrobes every 7 days - not true, and when we left towels on the floor as a prompt to replace them on day 4, they were taken away and not replaced until we returned and called reception. However, fresh ones then appeared immediately so we were not inconvenienced. We had no other complaints. |

Rooms were nice and spacious, complimentary use of sauna, pools, breakfast buffet was good. Very few staff spoke English, only one lady at reception understood English pretty decently. Rest of the staff did not understand English much, almost impossible to communicate unless that one lady was present. Imagine if she is away on leave. |
