Antique house renovated into a stylish modern hotel with designer rooms. Excellent location, very friendly + helpful staff. Problem with hot water and water pressure on 6th floor both mornings. Reported, promised to be fixed. Breakfust buffet a bit chaotic/small facility for number of hotel guests, could be better organized. |

The staff were always helpful and prepared to organise taxis etc for us. There was no problem with leaving our cases on the final day whilst we explored further parts of Budapest before our evening flight home and having a final free coffee or tea before the taxi took us to the airport. |

Cleanliness of the room, Friendliness of all (!) the staff and when I checked-out early in the morning, the hotel had prepared a little breakfast doggy-bag for me with sandwiches, fruit and water! Excellent! I am very thankful for this pleasant stay. |

It's a very nice elegant hotel in the quite area of the Pest side (10min walk to the embankment and ard. 20min to the very center of the city). (I would recommend Pest, as it's closer to the airport and you may have some difficulties in the morning, crossing the Danude, especially through the Chain Bridge, which has only 2 lines). Rooms are stylish but cramped, without any view. I would strongly recommend river view. The best view is from Sofitel, though another price tag. View out there is magnificent (attached). Breakfast is average, nothing special. Receiption is nice and very kind. If i go next time for leisure, I would stay in Sofitel near the chain bridge - the area full of very classy nice bars and restaurants. |

It is absolutely stunning and the staff was extremely helpful. It is one of my absolute best hotel experiences, and I've had quite a few. WiFi was horribly flaky, and if it actually worked it was dreadfully slow. But I didn't come there to sit online, so this wasn't a huge problem. |

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Free wifi and access to 4 internet workstations. Rooms are quite small but very clean, bathrooms large and modern. There was a huge shower but no bathtub. Breakfast buffet is great! It seemed to me that the taxi company the hotel works with charges way over the normal taxi rates. |

Top class impressive hotel with very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is at the height of "in vogue" design from its entrance, through to the bar, lounge area and breakfast room, and onwards to the bedrooms and bathrooms. All this plus a superb buffet breakfast, and only 5 minutes walk from either the Ferenc korut or Kalvin ter stations on the M3 metro line. No criticisms whatsoever. |

This hotel proved to be a cool relaxed base and the perfect place to stay in Budapest. The staff were second to none, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were compact but exceptionally clean with superbly designed bathrooms. Breakfast is buffet style and has a fantastic choice of both hot & cold.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who appreciates design and comfort. A little away from the centre (15-20 minutes walk) but very close to a reliable and modern tram line. |
