Jako poitalny drink była pepsi - a jako prezent niespodzianka (obiecana w opisie) okazało się że muszę za ten powitalny drink zapłacić przy opłacaniu rachunku .Wyśmiałem ich bo po pytaniu gdzie prezent wzruszyli ramaionami - reklama mówią

Dobra lokalizacja, uprzejmy personel, ciekawe połączenie architektoniczne pałacu i nowoczesnych wnętrz. Nowy hotel. Łazienka o lepszym standardzie niż pokój.

Bardzo , bardzo małe pokoje, niefunkcjonalnie urządzone, nie odpowiadające standardom 4*: w pokoju dwuosobowym, było jedno krzesło, nie było kącika, w którym można byłoby usiąść, nie było toaletki z lustrem. Małe okno dające bardzo niewiele światła, przez co pokój był bardzo ciemny. Szare i czarne przygnębiające kolory ścian. Nieustający zapach kleju do tapet lub mebli.

It's a very nice elegant hotel in the quite area of the Pest side (10min walk to the embankment and ard. 20min to the very center of the city). (I would recommend Pest, as it's closer to the airport and you may have some difficulties in the morning, crossing the Danude, especially through the Chain Bridge, which has only 2 lines). Rooms are stylish but cramped, without any view. I would strongly recommend river view. The best view is from Sofitel, though another price tag. View out there is magnificent (attached). Breakfast is average, nothing special. Receiption is nice and very kind. If i go next time for leisure, I would stay in Sofitel near the chain bridge - the area full of very classy nice bars and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Free wifi and access to 4 internet workstations. Rooms are quite small but very clean, bathrooms large and modern. There was a huge shower but no bathtub. Breakfast buffet is great!

It seemed to me that the taxi company the hotel works with charges way over the normal taxi rates.

Top class impressive hotel with very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is at the height of "in vogue" design from its entrance, through to the bar, lounge area and breakfast room, and onwards to the bedrooms and bathrooms. All this plus a superb buffet breakfast, and only 5 minutes walk from either the Ferenc korut or Kalvin ter stations on the M3 metro line.

This hotel proved to be a cool relaxed base and the perfect place to stay in Budapest. The staff were second to none, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were compact but exceptionally clean with superbly designed bathrooms. Breakfast is buffet style and has a fantastic choice of both hot & cold.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who appreciates design and comfort.

A little away from the centre (15-20 minutes walk) but very close to a reliable and modern tram line.

The hotel was very clean, welcoming, contemporary and impersonal. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection and constant replenishment. Hotel staff were very friendly.

The location was a bit far out from the centre.

Would have preferred tea/coffee making facilities in the room, rather than, or in addition to the availability of free tea/coffee in the lounge until only 5pm.

Hotel Palazzo Zichy works hard to make your stay memorable. Their airport pick-up right through to tour bookings – we enjoyed all their efforts. The building is a flawless blend of a tradition with contemporary lines and textures. Our room was wonderful, feeling like a luxury resort; soft towels, large warm bed and space to spare. Breakfast is really nice, with something for every taste. We asked about a nice restaurant and were pointed to ‘Costes’, a simply magnificent dining pleasure. Zichy is fantastic.
