This hotel consists of two separate buildings not next to each other but on the same street. Our room was not in the main building where the garden is but we could have used the garden if we wanted to. The room we got was on the second floor, with nice furniture and a really beatiful view over Eger from the small balcony. It was easy to reach the centre of Eger and the Thermal baths by walking from the hotel. We enjoyed our staying for two nights very much. |

There are 2 houses forming the Panorama Panzio. The one we stayed in is nice, with a beautiful garden. The other is boringly common. Only the owner speaks english, but just enough for small talk. Bathroom not cleaned for 3 days, only one thin towel per person, not washed for 3 days. Breakfast poor (bread and cheese out of plastic packs). No invoice (to allow for some tax-free income??) and no acceptance of credit cards |

Very nice view. We've got the room with the view to the Eger hill (mountain?). Helpful personal. Cosy interiors. Rather few parking places. Poor internet connection. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great views from our bedroom. Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Easily accessible to walk into town. Suprised that we had to pay E8.00 per night for air conditioning |

Hotel is perfectly located up the hill on the outscarts of Eger. It is reccommended for those who are seeking quiet place. We liked the room and furnitures. Hotel is equipped with good quality furnitures, bathrooms are nice. We arrived to the hotel late (after 11 p.m.) but owner was waiting for us, it was nice. We stayed in the hotel for 7 days in July. General impression is good. But in our opinion the overall rating is too high. What should be improved? Breakfasts are almost everyday the same, quality of food is poor. Payment can be done only in cash which is rather unusual nowadays. Owner of the hotel started to ask us for final payment 4 days before our scheduled check out. |

Small family driven hotel. Service is personal and friendly due to small size of a hotel. |

We booked a suite with balcony, jacuzzi and Air Con and our expectation was much higher then what we got! The room was small and the balcony was so tiny that you could barely have a chair on it, the jacuzzi was a small tub fitting one half-sitting person… The room was also real hot and you had to pay 2000 HUF extra per day for using the Air Con. We absolutely not recommend this hotel for couple with small children since we don’t think is child safe. It is also quite far to down town and if you’re planning to walk with a baby carrier you need to be in good shape to climb the hills. |

The owner was so kind, he welcomed us very kindly and he also offered some coffe. The room (and all the house) was wonderful with very good quality forniture and beds. There is a very nice panorama looking out of the window. The bathroom was big and with jacuzzi bathube. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Noise from other rooms was evident and there was no air conditioning although the website indicated that it was incoluded. |

The room was clean and the bed(s) was comfortable -- two single beds pushed together to make a double (pretty typical in Europe). There was a couch and a fridge in the room, and a nice area outside for relaxing. |

Una buena ubicación muy cercana a los puntos interesantes de Eger, pero sin encontrarse dentro de las zonas más transitadas. |

Hotel jest położony w bardzo ładnym i cichym miejscu. Ładny widok z okna na panoramę miasta. W miarę blisko do centrum miasta. Hotel ładnie wyposażony - ciekawy wystrój, dodatkowo udostępnione patio.Bardzo sympatyczny Właściciel hotelu dbający o gości. Trochę za mała i niefunkcjonalna łazienka, zbyt rzadko sprzątana podczas kilkudniowego pobytu. |

Gratis parking voorzien. De hotelmanager/receptionist kon zich goed uitdrukken in het Engels en was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gratis internet op de kamer. Zeer rustig gelegen. Geen eigen restaurant. Betalende airco. Ligt op 20 minuten wandelafstand van het centrum. Niet comfortabel zitten aan de ontbijttafel. |

It is up on the hill. It will be a bit hard to walk there with your luggage. You may call a taxi. Yet, it is very close to the castle. The rooms are lovely and comfy! |

The charming little Szent János Hotel lies in the heart of the historic town centre of Eger, close to the Dobó square and offers elegantly furnished, air conditioned rooms and up-to-date wellness... |
The Hotel Senator Ház in Eger can be found in a delightful 18th-century town house, situated on the historical main square (Dobó tér) of Eger, a few metres from the castle ramparts. |
