Location (on the beach) was very good; cnn on tv; helpful desk staff; good choice at breakfast; Check out by 10am is very early; although staff were helpful, no-one spoke very good English; we were given one of the few rooms without a balcony; indoor pool was very small |

Close to the lake, helpful staff, good breakfast, good wellness area, close to the center, room has balcony A/C broke down, asked the staff to fix it 3 times, never happened and never said a word why or apologized. Mini bar fridge did not work. These sorts of things are annoying when +38 Celsius outside. rooms are little small. |

Ordnung, Sauberkeit, sehr gutes Frühstück, Entfernung zum Strand, gesicherte Parkmöglichkeiten, Einrichtung der Zimmer Schade das nur 1 Stuhl auf dem Balkon vorhanden war. bei einem 2-Bett-Zimmer sollte man von 2 Stühlen+ Tisch ausgehen ! |

freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück, Wellnessbereich, direkt am See, eigene Liegewiese/ -stühle, ruhige Lage, kann es nur weiterempfehlen - meine Eltern fahren aufgrund meiner Erfahrung auch zu diesem Hotel ca. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm; etwas seltsamer Geruch beim Betreten des Wellnessbereiches, ist aber auch nur schlimm für empfindliche Leute |

Rent Mkt dålig personal. Endast en person talade engelska i receptionen och hon var sällan där. Dåligt bemötta när vi klagade på att AC inte fungerade. Hotellchefen misstrodde oss tills reparatör bekräftade att den inte fungerade. Sämsta hotellupplevelse vi haft. |

Die Lage des hotels ist günstig da nicht direkt in der Lärmzone Das Hoteöl hat an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Die . Einen Tag wurde das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gemacht. Die Handtüche nicht gewechselt obwohl wie beschrieben in die Badewanne gelegt. Die Reinigungskraft hatte nicht einmal gewusst was sie zu reinigen und auswechseln hätte. Auf Klage in Rezeption wurde Zimmer am Abend gereinigt danach noch immer Haare im Waschbecken. Fahrräder vom Hotel geborgt . Hatten keinen Schlüssel um Sitzhöhe zu verstellen. Bremsen so locker daß nicht funktionstauglich und gefährlich zu fahren. Auf Klage erklärte man sich im Hotel als nicht zuständig. Werde in meinem Freundes und Geschhäftskreisen von einer Buchung abraten. Preis für gebotenes vielfach überhalten. |

Remek a hotel elhelyezkedése, közvetlenül a parton, csöndes helyen, mégis közel a centrumhoz. A szobák nem túl nagyok, de kényelmesek, erkélyesek, kondisak és tiszták. A büfé reggeli nem túl nagy választék, de rendkívül finom és bőséges. |

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand, das Früstücksbuffet, der Service Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass über boking.com die "schlechteren Zimmer" (kleiner als die anderen, kein Balkon), die ansonsten schwer verkaufbar sind, auch vermittelt werden. |

Nabijheid Balatonmeer. Binnenzwembad. Apart gedeelte tuin van het hotel aan het meer. Comfort van de kamers. Ontbreken van balkon of terras. Geen douche in bad. Kwaliteit van het ontbijtbuffet. |

Mooi hotel, mooi gelegen, proper, uitgebreid ontbijt , kamers goed geisoleerd tegen lawaai. Voor 3 personen (extra bed voor onze dochtertje) was de kamer wel klein. |

Bezpośrednie położenie nad jeziorem Balaton, fakt istnienia basenu w hotelu, wyżywienie. Komunikacja z obsługą hotelu w języku angielskim. BAsen był brudny i mocno chlorowany. Na korytarzach, na parterze przy windach czuć zapach chloru i zaduch z basenu. Brak zabezpieczeń na 5 piętrze uniemożliwiających małym dzieciom wychodzenie na taras przy korytarzu, brak stosownych zabezpieczeń przy balkonach. |

Conditii de cazare bune, curatenie, priveliste frumoasa, mic dejun bogat. Din pacate, in perioada in care am fost noi dupa orele 19 zona era asaltata de roiuri imense de insecte, asa ca era destul de neplacut sa respiri aer prospat stand in balcon. Separeul pentru fumatori amenajat langa bar este mult prea mic pentru cati doritori exista. |

Mooie omgeving met ligging aan het Balaton-meer, goed uitzicht, lekkere Wellness-faciliteiten. Personeel niet al te vriendelijk, eten zeer matig, inrichting nogal sfeerloos; je kunt je afvragen of het hotel vier sterren en de overnachtingsprijs waard is.... |
