the hotel is small and confortable, room was not so big but clean and good for a place to sleep, had a nice balcony where u can enjoy a smoke or a coffe in the morning, breakfast was ok but not so many things there to eat but still fine cause u can find a tea and a cookie something or a cup of milk, conclusion is that was good for the cash. |

The hotel was reasonable, peacefully and relaxing. the staff was helpful, and the meal, which was included, was ecsellent. I would like to suggest that a piano would be put in the hotel for any musician to perform a concert. |

Great staff, very friendly, always ready to help. The hotel was very nice and cheap. Location uphill, but near the city center. Free Wifi access. No Wifi access in all the rooms, I had to go to the restaurant. |

Clean and quiet place. There are two buildings. The main hotel and another appartments building on the next street which is unpleasant to stay and come to breakfast or reception. |

Clean and well located to where I needed to be on my trip I would prefer if reception staff did not say "have a nice day" at the end of every interaction - it's false and far too American - I'm British and we never say "have a nice day" except in an ironic way! |

I stayed at 4th floor, there is a balcony outside of my room, which allows me to see the view. Unfotrunately, it was raining. In addition, the hotel can be easily found, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from the metro station. |

The staff were so friendly on arrival, our room was super and clean and had a big terrace. Breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to sit in the garden. The hill is a bit of a climb if you are elderly but did not bother us. |

The service was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Judging by the smiles of hotel guests this was a general feeling of people. |

Staff were first class, extremely helpful, multilingual, welcoming and very pleasant. Hotel was in a lovely residential area of Buda, but also within walking distance of major transport hub. Facilities were very good. Maybe just make the location a little more clear on info, as I paid over the odds for a taxi from the station (not the hotel's fault) when I could easily have arrived by metro/bus/tram. |

Good hotel easy to walk to bus and metro station. Situated in quiet area, but can be diffucult to walk up the slope from bus or metro after walking all day in city. |

If you don't mind climbing a steep hill to get back there each time you'll find the area quiet and secluded with good views (from some rooms only) of the River Danube and surrounding hills. The minibar is well stocked and its prices are very good value indeed...cheaper than most of the surrounding shops and kiosks. Castle Hill attractions are within walking distance but it can seem a long way back in the evening if you've ended up on the Pest side...use the tram across the Margit bridge as it runs nearer to the hotel than the Metro. At the height of Summer this hotel is hot (air conditioning is available for an extra 3 euros fee, but brings its own noise, which you'll hear from other rooms even if you haven't elected to pay for it yourself). Make sure you get a room with an external opening window and leave it open all day if it is safe to do so. If staying several nights be prepared for the breakfast buffet to be identical every morning. |

Polite, clean and good location (near good tramlines and metro). Good value for money. The staff was very friendly and at the reception they spoke multiple languages. Refills at the breakfast table were sometimes slow, but the staff were helpfull when asked. People with limited mobility should be aware that the hotel is on a little hill. |

the stay in the hotel was OK. Difficult with parking. I have made a slot reservation in a garage nearby but the reservation has not been processed; neither was I informed that it did not work |
