Proximity to centre. Breakfast was good. Spartan rooms. Bit on the "tired" side. Beautiful weather but "winterised" so pool & grounds were unkempt. Only the end of September. Rate should have been less than charged. |

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice common areas for relaxing, including great terraces on each floor. Free wi-fi. Good breakfast. Good price. A little run down, but still a nice atmospher. |

The staff is very friendly, breakfastbuffet is fine, the hotel is clean, though a bit 'oldish'. Location is great, just 5 minutes of the balaton coastline, harbour and promenade. We stayed in a connected double bedroom (called an 'apartment', which is a bit misleading), very basic, without any extra's or comfort, no paintings on the walls, only beds and one wardrobe for 4 persons. The swimmingpool in the garden is not heated and therefore rather cold. |

the staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel is close to the city centre I like the retro style, but this was too much. The room and the whole hotel desperately needs an update. No lift - that made everything uneasy with the buggy for the baby. |

Das Zimmer, das Bad und die Anlage ums Haus mit Pool, Tischtennis und Kinderspielplatz war sehr in Ordnung. Gut für Rucksacktouristen und Familien mit Kindern. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr höflich und kooperativ. Das Mittag-/Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr reichlich zu dem Preis, zudem war es auch noch sehr gut. Hotel ist zentral und wenige Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt, parken kann man auf dem Hotelgelände und ist kameraüberwacht. Für den etwas weit enfernten Strand gab es freien Eintritt. Frühstück: An den ersten 2 Tagen bekam man keinen 2. Kaffee mehr. Dann gab es plötzlich keinen O-Saft mehr nur so einen komischen Saft der nicht schmeckte. Der 4. Tag war ganz schlimm, da gab es weder Butter, noch Kaffee und wieder keinen O-Saft. Der Kellner machte nicht seine Arbeit und war nicht aufmerksam wenn Dinge fehlten (z.B.: auch Kaffeelöffel). Er war nicht mal in der Lage eine von toten Fliegen übersähte Tischdecke auszuwechseln. Die Tischdecken von Vorgänger mußte man selber saubermachen! Zimmer: Handtücher lagen 2 Tage in der Badewanne rum, wurden nicht getauscht wie ausgeschrieben, und nur auf Verlangen bekam man eine neue Rolle Klopapier! 1,5 km bis zum Strand. Restaurant: Machte an einem Tag statt um 23h um 20h zu. |

Nie otrzymaliśmy apartamentu rodzinnego przedstawionego na zdjęciach w ofercie hotelu. W zamian czekał na nas w recepcji, na kontuarze klucz do "apartamentu"usytuowanego na poddaszu. Zrealizowany wśród konstrukcji więźby dachowej utrudniającej poruszanie się - zde3cydowanie "awaryjny" Nie można było zgłosić reklamacji, bo nie było komu ( recepcja pracuje do 23.00 ) W jednym z pokoi brak możliwości otwarcia okna ( zepsute ) przy braku klimatyzacji , alternatywa - otworzyć drzwi na brudny, zapajęczony taras. Duży kłopot z zamknięciem drzwi do toalety ( !!!! ) z powodu zbyt wysoko położonych płytek podłogowych. Głośne odgłosy z pobliskiej ruchliwej ulicy. Nie polecamy !!! |

rauhallinen piha-alue ,jossa pikkulapsille sopivia leikkivälineitä Hotellin uimarannalle oli ½ tunnin kävelymatka, vaikka esitteessä luvattiin 200m matka rannalle.Luvattiin myös pöytätenniksen pelaus mahdollisuus, joka oli sitten kaupungin puistossa.Henkilökunta oli välttelevää. |

Viehättävä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Kelpo aamiainen. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huoneen varustus oli alkeellinen: yksikin tuoli, mieluummin kaksi voisi tehdä terää. Säilytystilaa myös aivan liian vähän, pöytätila puuttui. Henkareitakin vain muutama, ei niiden luulisi paljon maksavan. Lukulamput olisivat myös kätevät. Hotellivieraiden käyttöön varatun uimarannan kaukainen sijainti oli epämieluisa yllätys. |

Situation près du centre de Balatonfüred. On se rend au lac en 5 min à pieds. Parc ombragé où on peut lire. Piscine minuscule et très froide. Le plafonnier ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, une lampe manquait. Après demande, on est venu réparer. Mais cela devrait être vérifié et réparé avant l'arrivée des clients dans un hôtel de cette classe ! |

Personalet er meget flink og god til at tale både tysk og engelsk . Vi var meget tilfreds med vores familieværelse. Fjernsyn med engelske/tyske/østrigske kanaler på værelserne. |
