Ability to walk to Sarvar thermal waters via covered walkway. No "palachinta (crepes)" for dessert at the buffet.

Big room on the sunny side, 5th floor. It was more than a room - bedroom with self bathroom (with bathtube) plus a hall-room with sofa, kitchen equipments, sepparate TV and an other bathroom (with shower). Comfortable. Spa-package and bathrobe is a benefit (if you paid such a package). Spa-package is a bit complicated: from 12:00 p.m.of the day of arrival till the same time of the day of departure. But the room is to disposal only from 15:00 p.m. Spa package includes a voucher for sauna-world, but it must be every day uploaded and for the last day is not included (however the entry the spa is possible till 12:00). The food was quite OK, but the Sunday's dinner selection seemed to be poor.

We visited the hotel several times and we were always very satisfied, it is the best choice if you want to visist the thermal center. In the past the dinners were a bit better (but still there is good choice and variety of food),

Room was cosy, outside kid's pools were fantastic, food was nice, staffs are kind and helpful, wifi worked very well, excellent for price! want to visit again!! Only 2 : 1. bathroom doesn't have ventilator. 2. At restaurant, each food was served with lid closed, so we had to open everyone to check, and close to keep it warm...

the servvices are very good for children espacially the playground saloon was very useful to spend the time at night after dinner. and the food at the restaurant was very very good, varity and quantitiy, only one day of the week the dinner was poor but all other days excelent. they didnt hoover the carpet of the room, we had to ask the room service to bring us new shampooing and face towles.

All was excellent, if you visit the spa this hotel is the best. Also food is perfect, the wifi in the room worked fast, the room was quiet and comfortable.

Bezpośredni dostęp do kąpieliska , duża ilość miejsca do leżakowania , dobra I urozmaicona kuchnia, cicho w nocy, sympatyczny personel, świetny pokój ( sweet ) sympatyczne miasteczko, świetna kawa na każdym kroku Inwazja komarów w godż wieczornych ( byłem na przełomie kwietnia I maja ) brak poskojęzycznych kanałów telewizyjnych, brak transmisji meczu Bayern I Borussia )

Kedvesen fogadtak, köszönjük a felajánlott lakosztály amivel - mint visszatérő vendégüket - megbecsülésük kifejezték. Az étteremben a fogadó hölgy kifejezetten nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt minden reggel, jó volt vele találkozni. A személyzet általában is nagyon figyelmes, kedves. Jó a hangulat, szívesen jövünk önökhöz minden alkalommal. A tisztaság egy kicsit már kopottasabb mint régebben. Konkrétan a fürdőszoba - wc deszka állapota - a szoba padlószőnyege.

Das große helle Zimmer. Das Frühstücks und Abendbuffet war sehr üppig und ungewöhnlich gut. Das die beiden Betten im Schlafzimmer auseinander gerutscht sind. Die Sitzbank im Wohnzimmer war sehr weich (Kreutzschmerzen).

alles bestens. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel mit der angeschlossenen familienfreundlichen Therme einfach klasse!

Byli jsme tu již počtvrté, jsme spokojeni, jen došlo k nějaké chybě a rezervaci přes booking.com v recepci nenašli. Měli jsme ale hodnou paní recepční která pro nás nakonec ubytování v plném hotelu našla. Za to děkujeme.

Poloha hotelu a spojení s lázněmi, vstřícný personál. Dětský koutek. V době pobytu jsem měl narozeniny a dostal jsem na pokoj i dort... Jak bylo psáno již u jiných, jídlo bylo na úrovni hotelu **. Pro syna 2-letého problém s pitím u večeře a celkově slabé večeře. Zkoušeli jsme i denní menu v baru a také nic moc. Ještě docela ujde jídelna v lázních.

Byli jsme spokojeni. Jen jsme doatli kuřácké pokoje na 3,patře,přestože jsem všichni nekuřáci.Některé pokoje "nevoněly",ale byly nám vyměněny za kuřácké,kdteré již tolik nečpěli.Ale přesto si myslim,že pokud jsme měli rezervaci již od října,tak jsme nemuseli být zde ubytováni.
