spacious, modern furniture, central location (100 m to metro station) It is not a true hotel but rather several appartments in a large building, mixed up with regular tenants and owners. The 1 bedroom appartment I had faced the inner court, with a lot of noise from other appartments, if the windows are open. Breakfast was served directly to my appartment on a cart. One can choose the time when the breakfast would be served, between 8-10 am, but if you change your plans from one day to onother, you will either miss the breakfast, or they will wake you up to deliver it. |

Nothing THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. All the facilities on the hotel site do not exist. It's just a building without security at all. Every night there are parties and drunk people and we couldn't sleep from the noice. The stuff was just a lady who barely spoke English. My reservation was cancelled and i found myself with two kids in a foreign country without reservation. It was a very bad experience for me. I will demand my rights as a consumer from this misleading of the hotel site on the internet. I will never stay there again. and sure not recommend it for anyone. |

Welcoming staff (basically just only a lady in charge of everything obviously) although English knowledge was basic. Nicely furnished flat (enough of everything for a one-bed-room flat in single occupancy, including washing machine) with a nice little terrace, conveniently located 2 min from Deak ter where all metro lines cross. Cleaning (if requested/required) at flexible times and no hassle for late check-out. Upon entering the flat, I noticed that it hadn't been cleaned thouroughly (bathroom and bedroom was ok, but living room not quite so, not to mention the floor). Wifi was not available so I was asked to use a cable for Internet connexion. No comment on breakfast because I would get up to late to make it, however, I was not given any specific info on breakfast location and time during my stay though. All in all, a good budget option for a self-catering holiday in Budapest. |

Excellent central location, spacious and comfortable apartment, friendly and helpful staff, substantial and varied breakfast served in the room. The air conditioning in the apartment didn't work and the cafe/bar was permanently closed. |

Very good location, near the metro central station (the only one with all lines),near the market and a lot of monuments. Friendly staff (they allowed to keep the room more as our flight was scheduled at midnight), big and well equipped rooms. It is more apartments than a hotel, reception closes at 7am. It is difficult to find the entrance as the reception is located on 2 floor of the building. The room is not cleaned every day. There is no bar, lobby restaurant.I found breakfast little poor. No air condition. |

clean rooms, spacious, nice lounge and balcony, availability of internet, hotel is very close to most of the main tourist attractions The entrance is unofficial with paper signs on doors off an empty shopping centre. We walked past the entrance twice when looking for the hotel. The corridor to our room was dark. Breakfast did not arrive at the time we requested and we had to get reception to phone someone to bring it up. Breakfast consisted of lots of sliced meat and cheese, frankfurters, greasy eggs, bread and jam. It would have been nice to have a choice of something healthier. |

only available hotel at the formula one period; staff tend to be helpful; new hotel with shiny cooking utility / cutlery difficult to locate reception ( at 2/F through very dirty stingy corridor and lift ! ); no curtains and sun shines brightly at 5 :20 am; no air-condition; bed sheets rough ; foam pillows either too big or too small and uncomfy;no tea / coffee in room just hot water kettle |

Friendly personal, English speaking recepcionists. Spacious apartment and good location in town center Fold-out bed doesn´t fit into 4**** category. No reception and hard to find. Due to reconstruction no restaurant for breakfast. Would be ok for 3*** category but not a 4**** category. |

Great location, just next to the main metro station connecting all metro lines, in the city centre. Neighbourhood of 24h open shops. The apartment was well equipped (iron, microwave, drier, washing-machine, fridge, TV). Separate living room with kitchen, and badroom. Big terrace. Friendly and nice staff. Difficult to find the reception: there is information on the right column in the passage, but easy to miss it. Doors on the left, code: key 1234 key, 2nd floor in the elevator. Room 211. |

Central location, Apartment was very spacious, newly built building, fair price Breakfast room - the space looked unfinished, poorly furnished, like it is just temporally placed in the place that is not adequate for purpose. |

excellent size of apartment, staff very polite and helpful, location outstanding and price amazing for standard of accommodation not a major issue, but there is no sign pointing arriving guests to reception - perhaps a sign at the restaurant facilities below or at the elevator? |

Great location in central Budapest (Pest) so easy walking everywhere. Staff were friendly. Good place to stay for tourist if you want economical apartment style self contained accommodation close to everything. Its in no way a hotel. Its serviced apartments. Studio apartment is very basic with fold out sofa as bed. One bedroom apartment is much better and has space. No phone in rooms & only local TV. Not ideal for business traveller but only new so facilities may improve. |

Nice, comfortable apartment. Very helpful and sincere staff. Actually it is not a separate hotel, and it is difficult to find reception in a big shopping and living area passage |

Hotelli on uusi. Edullinen kahden makuuhuoneen majoitus omalla keittiöllä. Erittäin hyvä sijainti rauhallisella paikalla lähes ydin keskustassa. Hyvä autopaikka. Kadunvarsikyltti ja opastus uupuu edelleen! |
