Emplacement idéal. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus que la réception ainsi que le restaurant étaient fermés pour cause de travaux. Petit-déjeuner (froid) déposé dans la chambre vers 09h00 ce qui ne permettait pas de quiter l'hôtel de bonne heure. |

Friendly personal, English speaking recepcionists. Spacious apartment and good location in town center Fold-out bed doesn´t fit into 4**** category. No reception and hard to find. Due to reconstruction no restaurant for breakfast. Would be ok for 3*** category but not a 4**** category. |

Great location, just next to the main metro station connecting all metro lines, in the city centre. Neighbourhood of 24h open shops. The apartment was well equipped (iron, microwave, drier, washing-machine, fridge, TV). Separate living room with kitchen, and badroom. Big terrace. Friendly and nice staff. Difficult to find the reception: there is information on the right column in the passage, but easy to miss it. Doors on the left, code: key 1234 key, 2nd floor in the elevator. Room 211. |

Situated in the heart of the city, easy access, large rooms, well equipped kithchen and bathroom the matress was thin and somewhat flexible |

Central location, Apartment was very spacious, newly built building, fair price Breakfast room - the space looked unfinished, poorly furnished, like it is just temporally placed in the place that is not adequate for purpose. |

excellent size of apartment, staff very polite and helpful, location outstanding and price amazing for standard of accommodation not a major issue, but there is no sign pointing arriving guests to reception - perhaps a sign at the restaurant facilities below or at the elevator? |

Great location in central Budapest (Pest) so easy walking everywhere. Staff were friendly. Good place to stay for tourist if you want economical apartment style self contained accommodation close to everything. Its in no way a hotel. Its serviced apartments. Studio apartment is very basic with fold out sofa as bed. One bedroom apartment is much better and has space. No phone in rooms & only local TV. Not ideal for business traveller but only new so facilities may improve. |

Nice, comfortable apartment. Very helpful and sincere staff. Actually it is not a separate hotel, and it is difficult to find reception in a big shopping and living area passage |

Excellent location, clean rooms The staff was friendly but didn't understand English well. Because of that there was an uncomfortable misunderstanding regarding payment at the end. It'd be better to make sure that the staff really understood you, even if it looked like it. |

Large and well-equipped apartment with balconies, for the price of a regular hotel room. All equipment brand new. Breakfast in cafe was very good and included. No signs therefore reception impossible to find - small office on the first floor. No telephone in room, either for outside line or inter-room. No wardrobes, cupboards only. (Small complaints considering the advantages.) |

The location is great, the rooms are big, the breakfast is ok (although they did not serve the advertised "Full English Breakfast). The staff spoke little English, and no German. There is no lobby or hotel services -- this is a new apartment house with an office renting out unoccupied apartments, not a hotel. There was no one in the office on Saturday or Sunday, so I finally paid my bill to the manager of the (terribly noisy) Passage Club. However, someone called my New York address to say that I had left without paying. |

Principalmente as acomodações bastante amplas e localização muito boa Instalar telefone, rádio relógio e mesa de trabalho. Reabertura do restaurante para café da manhã e refeições. |

De medewerkers waren erg aardig Het wordt aangeprezen als een 4 star hotel (appartement) dan vind ik een slaapbank als bed een beetje mager. |

Sentral beliggenhet, men lite støy. Moderne, funksjonelle og romslige leiligheter som passer bra om man skal være i Budapest en stund.Frokosten som ble servert på rommet p.g.a at restauranten ikke var ferdig, var stor og god. Dette er et leilighetshotell der hotellet bare hadde en del av rommene i det store bygget. Det var litt utfordrende med heiser og korridorer mellom de ulike delen av bygningene. Merkingen var ikke optimal.Bedre merking hadde vært en fordel. |
