Ακύρωση
Για ακυρώσεις τουλάχιστον 7 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δε θα χρεωθείτε με ακυρωτικά.
Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα, θα χρεωθείτε με τις 2 πρώτες νύχτες .
Σε περίπτωση "μη εμφάνισης", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 5,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Κατοικίδια
Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται κατόπιν αιτήματος. Χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση.
Αποδεκτές πιστωτικές κάρτες
Το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να προ-εγκρίνει πιστωτικές κάρτες πριν από την άφιξη.
Τα διάσημα τραμ (γραμμές 4 και 6) από την πλατεία Moszkva περνάνε τον ποταμό Δούναβη και την γέφυρα της Μαργαρίτας, έπειτα περνάνε την κεντρική λεωφόρο, προς την περιοχή Βούδα από τη γέφυρα Petõfi στο Νότο. Το βράδυ, λειτουργούν μόνο τα λεωφορεία, αλλά τα δρομολόγια είναι συνεχή και συχνά.
Το πρωινό σε μπουφέ σερβίρεται από τις 08:00 μέχρι τις 10:00.
Μόλις 50μ. μακριά θα βρείτε το εμπορικό κέντρο Mammut. Υπάρχουν πολλά καταστήματα, εστιατόρια, κινηματογράφοι και ψυχαγωγικά κέντρα. Το πάρκο Millenium φιλοξενεί πολλές εκθέσεις και πολιτιστικά προγράμματα και είναι μόλις 200μ. μακριά.

Μια οικονομική και καθαρή πανσιόν με αρκετά καλό πρωινό. Βρίσκεται σε μια κεντρική πλατεία με άριστη συγκοινωνία, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Πέστης και τις ομορφιές της Βούδας. Ίσως λίγο το θόρυβο με καλύτερα παράθυρα. |

Great location- near a metro station The heater in my room was broken. It could not be adjusted and the windows couldn't open so the temperature felt like a sauna. Low water pressure in the shower. It was only a small drizzle. Also, the owner charges extra for everything. 1.5 euros/day for a tv remote?? If you make the reservation in euros, pay in euros as the owner will give you a horrible exchange rate. |

The location at Moscow square is indeed very good. For the price it is fair. You get what you paid for. I couldn't get wireless signal from my room. There were two or three hairs on the bed and the sheets and pillow were very torn. The room carpet is dirty. |

Its cozy hotel at very center of Buda part of Budapest. Very lively and loud. Rooms are nice but modest. Atmosphere is very domestic due to small numer of rooms. I enjoyed my staying there it was all I needed. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For example, they very clearly mentioned that check-in was after 14.00hours. However, when we landed at the Pension Buro at about 9.30am, hoping we could atleast leave our luggage there and come back after 14.00 hours, they were flexible enough to clean and arrange a room for us in under 30 minutes. They were also very helpful with suggestions on what to see or where to go, and when we asked for information they didnt know, they were willing to make calls and find out on our behalf. We also liked that they had free internet. We werent carrying laptops, but they had a computer in the reception area where you could browse for free. Finally, the rooms, though small were very cosy and neat. The bathrooms, though clean, were really tiny. I'm long limbed and I felt like I was always brushing against the walls or the shower curtains! While the rooms are also small, they are cosy and comfortable. However, the bathrooms need to be atleast a little bit larger. We also felt the breakfast could be improved. Even though the lady running the breakfast parlour was very sweet and friendly, the spread was very basic and could do with a wider variety. |

Excellent location, fairly quiet for an urban setting, with easy access to public transportation. Front desk staff are very friendly, speak English, and are very helpful in answering questions. Breakfast options are much improved since our first visit to this hotel ten years ago. WiFi is free and there is a computer in the lobby for guest use. Rooms could be cleaner. We stayed 12 days and the floor was not vacuumed once during that time. Sheets and towels, though, are changed periodically. Basic amenities were provided only at the beginning of the stay. We had to have our own soap for showers after a couple of days. |

The hotel is good enough for it's price. Most of the visitors are young couples. The staff is kind & have fluent english. There's a metro station in 200 m. The breakfast should be till 11 o'cl. It's till 10 now. |

In my previous comment I claimed for the once a week room cleaning if you stay for long period. Problem immediately solved by the staff: cleaning 3 times a week and daily sanitation of bathroom. Excellet link with public transport. Discount offered for an excellent restaurant close to the hotel (price: 2000-3000 HUF, 1 beer included, good Hungarian food quality). A little bit noisy |

The hotel was central and made travel around the city easy. The room was basic and with the exception of the worn/tired grubby carpet and satee was clean.The bed was comfortable and aircon worked.The bathroom was clean with hot water in abundance. For what we paid it was excelent value for money. I would replace the carpet with lamanate flooring or ceramic tiles and dispense with the satee - it makes the room smaller and really isnt needed.Hotel staff were helpful and always to hand when needed. See above |

Courtesy of the staff and their availability to solve problems. The hotel is comfortable with all the services you have in a superior category. Excellent connection with public transport (very efficient in Budapest). Unfortunately if you stay for a long period, like me, the room cleaning is done only once a week together with the change of the blanquets. |

I stayed in room N 1. A bit of noise from the street in the evening, a lot of sun in the morning (window is in the ceiling, without curtain), but in any case, good value for money. I reserved with 48% discount at this site and payed by euro cash at the hotel. Breakfast is good enough. |

The staff were friendly and helpful - the breakfast we had was reasonable too. Bathroom was not the best - shower was poor and there was little insulation from the noise between rooms. |
