The nice, friendly environment and the excellent, service-minded staff was something that immidiately made a good impression. The food is delicious and there is a very nice, family-friendly atmosphere everywhere. The cleaning of our rooms could have been better. Spiders and dust behind doors and behind one of the beds. Otherwise the cleaning was fine.

The staff was very friendly , nice facilities and very clean. There was no wireless connection in the room, only in the lobby. The staff speaks fair english but they speak german and other languages.

Das Hotel mit seinem mediterranen Ambiente, die freundliche und persönliche Betreuung durch das ganze Team sowie das ausgezeichnete Essen haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Für alle, die ein kleineres Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre bevorzugen, ist das Hotel Platan die beste Empfehlung. Der Heil-, Thermal- und Freizeitpark ist ca. 300 m entfernt, bequem zu erreichen, aber auch weit genug entfernt, um die angenehme Ruhe des Hotels nicht zu stören.

Am facut rezervarea la un pret iar la receptia hotelului am platit un pret mai mare fara a se lua in seama pretul de rezervare. Am solicitat demipensiune si la sosire au spus ca seara au nunta si nu pot garanta meniul demipensiune.

Zelo mi je bila všeč urejenost zelenih površin okoli hotela. Hotel s svojo okolico deluje zelo prijetno in umirjeno-primeren za goste, ki cenijo mir v večernih urah. Do centra je samo 5 minut peš .

A szálloda szobája és az összes többi helyisége is nagyon szépen van berendezve, a legjobban mégis a kert tetszett, a sok növénnyel és a kis tóval. Nem működött a masszázs zuhany.

Pięknie wkomponowany w zieleń Hotel pozostawia bardzo miłe wrażenie. Niezwykle uprzejma obsługa i wyjątkowo smaczne jedzenie. Można polecić ten Hotel każdemu oczekującemu ciszy i komfortu.

Wir sind ein junges,deutsch-ungarisches Paar und leben in der Schweiz.Wir haben dieses Hotel als Zwischenstop gebucht,als wir nach einer Woche in Deutschland zur unserer ungarischen Familie in Nordungarn weiterreisen wollten. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt,die Speisekarte ist international und das Essen sehr fein,und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. In 2-3 Min.zu Fuss erreicht man den grossen Strand und das Erlebnisbad Aqua-Palace,wo wir 2 schöne Tage verbracht haben.Wir hatten sehr viel Spass.Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Bad werde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.Und durch die günstige Lage (für uns,wenn wir wieder mal nach Hause fahren) werden wir auch noch zurückkehren.
