You can make from a room a small house of yours! You can cook your own food, the kitchen has all you need; if you stay for a long period it's no problem to wash and dry your clothes. But beside this if you are a normal person you have to clean the floor from time to time and take out the trash :) Close to hotel you have: supermarket, bank, park, church, bus no. 105 who takes you everywhere! :)) even in Buda. To make it perfect (I mean perfect) it doesn't have these: 1. pan in the kitchen 2. dvd Player or at leat 1-2 music chanels in english. 3. Shower Curtain |

a very good option for travellers with cars. Good value for money. Has a small but fully equipped kitchen. Private secure parking for 3 Euro/day. about 6 Km easy drive to the center. A supermarket 50 meters away. The quality of shower facility could be improved, not so bad though. |

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is located near the bus and tram stops with good connectivity to the city centre. there are two super markets near the hotel, thus allowing for the use of the kitchen in the room. cleaning of the bathroom floor during our stay was not done. there was no bathing soap and dish cleaning liquid in the room. the knives were not sharp enough even to cut a pizza. and i believe, if they are providing a kitchen in the room, they should at least put in salt and sugar in the room |

I liked the first contact at 8 p.m, when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. His english was excellent. I also liked the connection with city center with bus number 105. Beds were good, too. I'm just sorry that the receptonist who welcomed us, wasn't there to say goodbye an thank him for his kindness and service. Maybe next time. |

Large, spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. Location is far from ideal, expect to walk or use public transport (bus and tram). Do not pay more for the premium apartment, you will be given a studio anyway. The hotel is 'all suite' but far from luxurious ie. no hangers, soap, shampoo, coffee or tea and no bottle opener. Security is also a bit lax with pass keys left hanging in doors. |

We stayed in a double room for a night. It was a small apartment actually. Lots of space, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The hotel seems to be new. We found a parking lot in front of the building but the hotel garage is cheap anyways. Staff spoke good English, which is unusual for Hungary :-), and were ready to explain anything we asked. Great value for 30 e. The hotel is a bit far away from city center so if you are not coming by car it may not be your choice. |

Good value for money, english speaking receptionists, cheap underground parking, quiet neighbourhood, free internet connection in the apartment. All tv programs are in hungarian. It is very dangerous to leave your car outside the hotel during the night. Nobody cleaned my apartment or changed the towels in my 12 nights stay al the hotel. |

Clean and spacious room (however a bit different from what I've seen on the photos), friendly staff, amenities in the room, TV channels choice. Not very distant from the centre and good direct connection by bus, even in the night. Re earlier comments on the bathrooms: there are full, plastic shower cabins now so no flood danger anymore;). Close to supermarkets. Surrounding is a bit dissapointing - lots of blocks of flats so no feeling of being in "the centre", but it's not a big problem - just an impression. However, if you feel better/safer among other tourists, this hotel may not be the best pick. The breakfast time is to 10am, but at 9.30am was almost nothing left and the lady didnt care to prepare some extra. |

The rooms are hudge! The location is very good with quick access to the public transportation. The staff was very friendly. At the family room, in the toilet there was a strange smell. The places where we had the breakfast were too small. |

Great value for money, spacious apartments, clean room, lot of towels, free Internet, lot of parking spaces nearby, garage available for 3e/night. Kitchen water heater was in poor condition, and ants were all over the place so we had to keep bread in the fridge. |

The staff were great and the room was well above average and clean, the room also had everything that I needed for my stay making life very easy and a pleasure to stay. The bathroom had an open shower which after use either means you have to mop all the floor or leave it to dry, in the summer thats not so long but while it dries its not so good to go back into the room as feet/socks will become wet. |
