The reserved room with twin beds was very small (the smallest I've ever seen!) and the beds were not positioned one near the other. Some persons from the staff were very rude during our stay. For instance, I was staying for 30 minutes into the hotel bar to check my messages on my notebook. Suddenly a security person came to me and told me to leave the bar immediately because it is closed and will open in 30 minutes. I was requested an extra 5 minutes to finish my email, but no success. He was very direct and rude inviting me outside. There was no schedule displayed and the doors were opened, so I had no idea the bar that the bar is closed. The restaurant services are also poor. The only payment option was by cash, even if the amount was significant. I strongly recommend against this hotel. A very bad stay.

The hotel has 2 kinds of rooms. 5 star rooms and 4 star rooms. The for star rooms are terrible .they window or balcony looks inside the hotel. So everybody in the elevator or in the corridor sees inside your room. You should always close the curtains. so no sunlight no fresh air. The rooms are too small. The breakfast is not good

location and staff were brilliant and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast the fact that if you book through booking.com you are not given access to the leisure facilities and even though it was in the small print when booking I have never heard of there being an additional cost for these facilities when booking a room

The staff was very accommodating. The restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. The bathroom was very small. A wireless router would be nice as well (ethernet connection only).

Great little room with cool design. Nice breakfast and a good location. Only thing was the bed was a little difficult as the mattresses kept moving apart.... But this is minor. Also was a bit disappointing that the roof terrace was closed.

Fine hotel with beautiful room and awesome breakfast buffet. I thought I was getting access to all the hotel facilities, only to learn at check-in that the pool and spa were additional $18/day.

Great location, staff very helpful and efficient especially lady at breakfast. Room very nice and modern, good size, quiet, pillows not that comfortable but not a big issue. Breakfast: excellent variety warm and cold choices. Some black tea would be nice though :) Roof terrace views are beautiful, you can just go up for a look or drink/food. Small beer was almost 6 euro though! Overall, very happy, but would not pay full price for hotel, happy with discounted price booked late on booking.com, would stay again for sure, if discounted. Just minor issues: Flat hard pillows, would like an option of black tea for breakfast. Really unfortunate that you have to pay 11 euro per person to use the pool etc so we didn't use it and could see not many were using it. Didn't mind too much as we were going to the baths in the city.

It was beautiful and well designed. Even though the room was not huge, the storage space was more than adequate and one could unpack without living out of your luggage. Breakfast was excellent and catered to most people's breakfast choices. Location was unbeatable and the staff polite, helpful and efficient. The spa should have been included in the price of the hotel room, but was, nevertheless, reasonable if one wanted to do a spa day. If you only wanted to take a swim, then it was somewhat expensive as you could go to the many great spas in Budapest for much less.

Breakfast was very good, they had all kinds of fishes. The location is great, you have city parking space for your car on the street. The hotel seems newly furnished. They have single rooms and double rooms as you can see on the photoes on booking. What you don't see ahead is that they have the single room in which they cram in an extra bed and they serve you with it as double room. The room is still clean and otherwise is ok, but you have virtually no space, only some 40 cm around the bed. But if you insist and phone ahead, you might get the double room you want/need.

It is a nice hotel with an attractive lobby and common areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good. The hugh discount for room rate as advertised in booking.com is unrealistic. The rate is reasonable with the standard of service and catagory of room provided but not overtly a bargain. Also the swimming pool and fitness centre required extra chaerge of 11€ a day iis qdiscouraging. The room is very basic, size relatively small than stated and the single bed is small and barely adequate for a medium size adult.

Central location, small but first class restaurant "Intermezzo", friendly staff, sufficient variety at breakfast buffet, clean rooms where windows can be opened, fast and complementary internet, ample bathroom supplies, built-in safe. Main English speaking tv news stations available. Small room, small bathroom. Bath tub/shower combo was nice, but the flexible metal tube from the shower head (misplaced at the wall over the head of the tub) to the tub faucet (mounted at the side of the tub) was too short, and cut across the space where I would normally be standing. - tv monitor's wake-up alarm and digital clock weren't working. No space to move chair back from desk because the edge of the bed was in the way. In other rooms with only a shower and no tub, the shower stall is so narrow that a slightly heavier built person would have trouble turning around.
