The location is perfect. It is close to everything, yet it is in the quiet street. Staff is very polite and attentive. It is one year old. It is very clean and modern on the inside while the old fashion facade has been given a face lift without losing the face. Free Internet access in the room makes it suitable for business while room decor is very sensual and could accommodate a romantic getaway. |

Cleanliness of the Hotel , walking distance of the centre of Town, Metro and restuarants. The TV was pre paid card , you should have the International system where terestial TV is free and the Movie Channels you pay on a Daily Basis. An Ice Macine on each Floor and Tea & coffee in each room. |

Despite booking a double room I received a single one. When I asked for the bigger room (bed) I was informed that the hotel was overbooked, when I insisted that the room was too small for two people I was offered a bigger one, but I had to pay 40 Euros, which was more then 50% I originally paid. I will definately cancell this hotel form my favourite in Budapest. |

It is in a brilliant location right in the centre but also on a quiet road, great restaurants in walking distance, an excellent hotel would go back there again. The pool and gym facilities there are not included in the cost of staying at the hotel they are at an extra cost so this is not good and did explain why they were not used the whole time we were there. |

Location, the helipad view, food at restaurant on the helipad is excellent I booked a single room and was given a roof room. The bed was about 1m wide and there was only a small window, about 3m above me. The hotel seems to be "trying and not achieving" The waitress at the helipad restaurant was behaving like a cowboy bar-waitress rather than fine restaurant personal... rough, touching me on the shoulder when saying yes, not very polite.. No problem in a laid back place but at 10 EUR for the soup and 36 EUR for the steak with absolutely pleasant place and nice athmosphere it was disturbing. Also, I additionally booked for 2 other collegues. All rooms were charged to my credit card although the rooms were not supposed to be prepaid and the reception staff had a problem changing my address for company address!!! |

Extremely clean rooms, stylish hotel lobby. The whole place felt very new and fresh. The roof terrace bar was a real plus- fantastic views over the city! Breakfast was varied and good quality. The hotel is in a very good position, about 2 minutes from the nearest metro stop, approx 5-10 min walk to the Danube. Overall this hotel was excellent value for money and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. The €12 charge for the use of the wellness centre and swimming pool was a bit steep |

I liked the fact that it was very close to the metro station, I really liked the hotel, the buildings that surrounded the hotel, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was very good. It was an overall beautiful experience! |

The hotel provides an excelent breakfast and the hotel is very convenient to the city. We also enjoyed the great views from the roof top terrace. My request on the booking form for adjoining rooms was not satisfied, the reason given was the F1 weekend, however I felt that as I had booked at least a week in advance it should have been rather easy to meet my request. Finally, on check out, the chap at the front desk initially asked me to wait while housekeeping checked my mini bar ( he did not accept my assertion that I had not used the mini bar), This is not the approach I expect at hotels. |

The location was very good, very close to many main tourist sights and the city. The room was clean and quiet. We paid a good price and ended up in a small room with absolutely no view. There was some trash left in some cupboards from past guests. We paid a good price but still no conviences like water glasses or toothbrushes. |

Nice design of rooms, our room had many mirrors, including sealing almost whole covered in mirrors, very clean, good breakfast, you don't pay for parking over weekend, good desk staf No parking, and parking on the street and in city garage is very expensive, very poor view from our window (extremely poor, almost no sky could be seen), very small bathroom, especially tight shower boot (I'm 197cm tall), not enough shower gel for one person (if you shower more than once a day) not to mention for two, not enough soap... you have to pay extra for spa, have to pay for terrace on the top of the hotel, LCD TV couldn't read my flash drive although it had USB slot on the back, and I asked and stresed double room and got twin room :(... but good value for the money though.... |
