It is in a brilliant location right in the centre but also on a quiet road, great restaurants in walking distance, an excellent hotel would go back there again.

The pool and gym facilities there are not included in the cost of staying at the hotel they are at an extra cost so this is not good and did explain why they were not used the whole time we were there.

Location, the helipad view, food at restaurant on the helipad is excellent

I booked a single room and was given a roof room. The bed was about 1m wide and there was only a small window, about 3m above me. The hotel seems to be "trying and not achieving" The waitress at the helipad restaurant was behaving like a cowboy bar-waitress rather than fine restaurant personal... rough, touching me on the shoulder when saying yes, not very polite.. No problem in a laid back place but at 10 EUR for the soup and 36 EUR for the steak with absolutely pleasant place and nice athmosphere it was disturbing. Also, I additionally booked for 2 other collegues. All rooms were charged to my credit card although the rooms were not supposed to be prepaid and the reception staff had a problem changing my address for company address!!!

I liked the fact that it was very close to the metro station, I really liked the hotel, the buildings that surrounded the hotel, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was very good. It was an overall beautiful experience!

The hotel provides an excelent breakfast and the hotel is very convenient to the city. We also enjoyed the great views from the roof top terrace.

My request on the booking form for adjoining rooms was not satisfied, the reason given was the F1 weekend, however I felt that as I had booked at least a week in advance it should have been rather easy to meet my request. Finally, on check out, the chap at the front desk initially asked me to wait while housekeeping checked my mini bar ( he did not accept my assertion that I had not used the mini bar), This is not the approach I expect at hotels.

The location was very good, very close to many main tourist sights and the city. The room was clean and quiet.

We paid a good price and ended up in a small room with absolutely no view. There was some trash left in some cupboards from past guests. We paid a good price but still no conviences like water glasses or toothbrushes.

At the end, the hotel tried to charge us almost twice as much for the room. In addition, the breakfast was inappropriate for a 4 star hotel with canned fruits, no orange juice etc. The mattress very hard and uncomfortable. An unpleasant experience!

The hotel was clean and the luggage carriers were very fiendly. Nice room and quite nice breakfast. Hotel was near the city and the walking trip to the centrum took couple minutes. Hotel restaurant, Intermezzo was good restaurant.

The hotel reception persons weren´t very friendly. Maybe thats in their culture.
