Excellent service from friendly staff and good location

Over priced and not great quality food. Had to pay to use the gym which had very limited equipment and a running machine that kept breaking down.

Good location, clean, good and complete breakfast. The restaurant is very good as well (try the fish from Balaton lake)

Nothing... only the cleaning staff who knocks at the door early (10 am sometimes)

brackfast is in the hotel basement, very small area and breakfast could be much better. We wouldnt not stay next time there, sorry. To enter swimming pool guests also have to pay extra. Pool area is not so big. Not worth to pay.

There is a young man, tall with dark hair, who is the bell hop and he is really extraordinary. The woman manager is not impressive. I would like to send this young man a tip - I ran out of cash. Is there any way to do that?

Very good location in the centre of Budapest. Friendly and courteous staff.

Tiny single dark room. the breakfast was poor and cold.

I have been twice so far and for sure I will come again. Location near Basilica, but smartly hidden far from traffic, very clean, with exceptional stuff who are more than helpful. Salmon for breakfast, caffe macchiatto... and everything for small amount of money. Well done indeed.

Room was smaller than expected and the beds were not too comfortable,small pillows and rather average quality for a 4 stars rated hotel.

The polite staff, very very helpful. Pet friendly, great food at breakfast, location was nice, pool, nice decor in the room, quiet.

Very low quality pillows and bedding. Small duvet, terrible mattress, kept slipping apart all night long, very uncomfortable for some one who had travelled 28 hrs prior. Tiny room, only one wash cloth. Didn't care for the hotel restaurant decor either, but that is a personal choice.

Nice warm comfortable room, pleasant hotel design.

Hotel looks very nice, halls an heliport terrace are very cool. Some rooms are better than the others, good value, very good location with many restaurants around.

Rooms very poorly furnished for a "luxury" hotel "Double room" consisting in two single beds next to each other instead of a King or Queen bed Sink taking 5 min to empty No umbrellas available for guests

The hotel is close to the city, friendly staff, rich breakfast ...

All of the staff especially reception staff were great. Room and hotel was clean and luxry. Free internet and computer was great. The price at the bar were acceptabel.

Breakfast might have a bit more choice but ıf I must be honest thats not too mcuh important.
