The hotel is very well situated, near the Danube and the Chain Bridge, only a walking distance from lots of places to visit. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and the personnel is helpful and nice. The only problem is that the hotel does not have a parking lot. |

I left the hotel within 30 minutes because of the incredible heat in that room. Opening a window was not a solution since the room was situated inbetween halls....?!?! Dont go here, there are a lot of far better alternatives for this hotel |

In the middel of the city, walking distance to every thing. New rooms. The free internet did not work any days, and the staff told us every day that it would be fixed the next day. |

The breakfasts Requested Non-smoking. On arrival the room smelt of cigarette smoke. I solved the problem by buying (at my own expense) an aerosol can of Airwick Odor Stop Freshomatic Mountain Air and spraying the room and leaving the window and bathroom door open with the fan running. It Worked. |

I moved to the hotel after attending a conference in a hotel on the outskirts of Budapest as i wanted to be more central. Reception staff were very helpful and at all times courteous and smartly turned out. Bedroom small but adequate, excellent bathroom. I appreciated the laptop sized safe, with its easy accessibility. Excellent reflexology massage given by a member of staff in my own room; great value at 10 Euros. Hotel very conveniently situated in the heart of the city, I would certainly use it again. Poor outlook from my single bedroom - into a shaft with little natural light. Poor wi-fi connection in my room; either didn't connect or dropped out after a couple of minutes. |

The location was excellent and being new everything worked. Parking our hire car was a nightmare close to the hotel (my mistake should have checked before booking). Privacy between bathroom and bedroom lacking. |

Courteous and helpful hotel staff. Great assortment at breakfast buffet. Centrally located for shopping and restaurants/cafes. No cars or buses allowed on street. Unable to open windows as room had no air circulation. We were assigned room #301 which faced the elevator shaft. Very noisy and could also hear traffic and voices from lobby. |

Very good location, very central at one of Budapest's pedestrian streets with many restaurants within walkable distance. Front rooms could be a little bit noisy, but beside this the rooms are great, even being a little bit small, what's quite common in Europe. The bath/shower has no curtains! So the floor got wet always everytime someone took a shower.. |

It was right in the city center, perfect location. Nice atmosphere in the hotel, not too crowded. Staff was trying to be helpful, but didn't know much about the city, couldn't even give me advice on where to park the car. |

Location, location, location. Friendly staff. Lots of dust around a malfuctioning airco. Airportshuttle arranged by hotel never showed up: mistake by the hotel or by the airportshuttle service? Fortunately, the hotel next door had one waiting at the same time. |

It has a nice atmosphere and excellent design. The location of the hotel is exactly in the city center where you can easily have access to shopping centers and tourist attractions. The breakfast room was a little bit small and it happened sometime that I could not find a chair to sit. |
