nice swimming-pool, big apartment, quite close to the centre and to the nightlife, it's easy to find a parking place in the vicinity, for free during the weekend.

The air conditioning kept working during the night, even though we tried many times to switch it off. The shower was leaking

I did not like to find us self walking in a dark corridore with pipes and electrical cables on the walls on our way to the room on the top floor. 5 stars?? NO

Staff willing to change our room when we didn't like the lay out . (got a similar room which we loved) Friendly staff, willing to book taxi's for us etc. Location was not bad either. 5 minutes walk from train stations / or hop on hop off. Hotel located in a quiet street

Breakfast on the expensive side for the quality/quantity offered. Furniture stuck in the 90's.

Spacious room (and bathroom) even has a dishwasher, big windows, cosy spa with swimingpool, jacuzzi, sauna. Polite staff. Good location for sightseeing.

Our Suite was spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, 2 rooms + balcony. Well-conditioned, clean, in the perfect location – about 200 meters from tram station of main tram route of the city. Nice swimming pool, fitness room is working 24 hours. Very friendly staff at the reception. There are 2 good restaurants in the 5 minutes of walk from the Hotel.

We were in early spring so in the suite near the entrance door of the room there was no space to hang coat or winter jacket - the only wardrobe is in the bedroom so in order to take off and to hang your coat you should pass through all space in the bedroom to put there your clothes. Rommaid forget to supply every day bath accessories – I had to remind at the reception to deliver us soap and shower gel (square soaps are very small). After reminder everything was ok. Cleaning is good.

The WIFI reception was terrible, but they organized a router for my room giving me very good coverage.

The shower head holder did not function, I had to hold the shower by hand to wash. I only reported it as I was checking out but the Gentleman at check out was only interested in what I had in the mini-bar.

Very spacious clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location. We ate in Chess restaurant one evening, food and service was excellent! Hotel realised it was my daughters 21st birthday during our stay and left a bottle of wine and card in her room which was a nice personal touch. Have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

Nothing worth mentioning apart from lift very slow but we were on first floor so didnt bother us.

Large room with a kitchenette, cosy furnitured. Comfortable bed and room too. WiFi worked properly on the 7th floor. Nice yard.

SPA area is a bit poorly equipped for a 5*hotel (only one small sauna, one jacuzzi and a medium-sized pool), however it looks elegantly.

Convenient situation for exploration the city: metro station, popular restourants like Menza as well as trashfood like McD and Burgerking, supermarkets, hop on - hop off point etc. easy accesable and takes 5-7 minutes to walk. At the same time Queen's Court has the face inside the yard therefore is quite. Rooms in our suit were separated, so our young dother had her own bedroom. Kitchen is well equiped including dishes, coffe-machine, teapot, dishwasher etc. As a bonus free jacuzzi and swimming-pool.

Breakfast is moderate. Elevator is toooo slow. All in all this hotel is a good choice and value for money, especially if you were lucky to grab the special offer;)

Very nice appartments, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with free coffee. Free wifi.

The water in swimming pool is cold, the facility is not so big. You have to sign a deposit agreement for bathrobes, the TV set has a strange system to watch free channels.

the statt and service in the hotel were excellent the facilities were 1st class and location was easy to get around easily

Hotel and suite of rooms was superb. Staff helpful. Pool and jacuzzi great. Ideal location, very central and excellent value for money.

Pool water a bit chilly but hot jacuzzi made up for it.

Heated swimming pool and sauna was a nice extra facility. We received the special offer of meal for two at their Chess Restaurant (which was excellent), a bottle of local wine and some hungarian chocolates. Overall an excellent hotel.

It is one of the BEST hotels i've been in the last years. Very quiet and comfortable, great staff, great price. A very decent place. I've been there three times already, I will return with pleasure here.

I cannot say one single negative thing about them! It's a perfect place to accomodate :)
