Good location, clean, quiet courtyard, value for money Facilities not up to five star rating, four stars would be more realistic. Staff blaming the customer (us) for their own mistake at check-out. Not a 5-star treatment! |

Second time we are staying in this hotel. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable in use. The SPA is very nice. Nevertheless we were much more happy with the hotel when we first stayed in it in November 2008. Girl who was making the check out was very rude, but the rest of the staff is always very friendly. the breakfast is worse than it used to be (coffee is awful). |

This hotel is very nice and has a very good 'feel' about it. The welcoming staff were excellent - especially Michael who brought our suitcases up to our room. The receptionist was also very good. There was a lack of towels - they disappeared each day and were replaced with only two small ones - one evening the housekeeper brought extra towels but they were taken away next day. We had breakfast included in the rate - the service and selection of food was not what I would have expected from a 5* hotel. The tables were not cleared away in preparation for the next diner. |

We have stayed at Queens Court Hotel 3 times and everytime we find the staff very helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located and the rooms are a good size. The rooms are getting a little bit tired looking. |

Friendly personnel. Room was OK. Location OK. Jacuzi and Sauna were not functioning. SPA personnel said it was defect already some days. We chose this hotel because of the Jacuzi (which was tiny) but at the end couldn't use these services. For the same price we could have reserved better hotels. I don't understand that such a 5* hotel can't ask a technician to fix sauna & jacuzi, even if it's weekend. |

Loved the feature of the washer/dryer in the room. It was a real plus. Timea, a server for breakfast, was fabulous and a great resource for local information. She's a keeper! In addition, the wireless internet was very useful and easy to get working. All the staff did their best to accomodate and their efforts in English were much appreciated. I would recommend the hot tub to be warmer. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay (one of the best) and certainly great value for the money. |

Staff is very kind and speaks English. Located in a nice area and central; public transport nearby. The silver suite is spacious and well furnished. The sleeping room is a little small but with good beds and enough room in the cupboards. Television in the sitting room as well as the sleeping room. Kitchen looks well equipped with many cupboards, oven, microwave, electric cooker and big fridge, but it is difficult to serve a dinner with 1 pan, 1 soup bowl, one saucer (for two cups), one teaspoon, one glass for white wine and one for red wine. For us no problem, because, we did not intend to cook: there are many cheap restaurants in Budapest. . |

I found it quite well situated. I liked the fact that there was a gym, pool and free internet. The room was very pleasant overall. As far as international TV channels, there were no entertainment channels in English - only news [good] and sports. It would be nice to have a few free movie, comedy channels, etc. I refuse to pay 9-10 Euros to pay for a movie on demand. Also, the breakfast was pretty pricy. |

It was quiet and clean. It was in a good district. For a 5 star hotel the decor and facilities and style were not as good as others I have stayed in, in Barcelona, Rome ie. other major cities. It was all clean, new and nice but not exciting or different and I think that one expects a bit more WOW when booking 5 star. |

The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money. The pay per view television was extremely expensive, it worked out at about £8.00 for all films, even the old ones like the first Indiana Jones film. |
