Henkilökunta oli erittäin asiantunteva ja auttavainen. Erittäin rauhallinen ja keskeinen sijainti. Ei ehkä viittä tähteä, neljä paremminkin. Aamiaisvermeet kaikki lämpimässä, ei paljon tehnyt mieli mennä yhdeksän jälkeen syömään, kun tiesi juustojen/leikkeleiden/kalojen olleen lämpimässä seitsemästä lähtien. |

Hotelli on siisti ja kaunis sisustus yleisissä tiloissa. Huoneet asianmukaiset. Allasosasto oli auki viikolla vain aamuisin ja iltaisin. Kaikki tavarat sai pyytämällä erikseen esim.tossut uima-allasosastolle. Aamiaistila pieni ja aamisvalikoima suppea. parveketta ei oltu siivottu hetkeen ja se oli lattian osalta tosi likainen eikä siivottu viikon aikana. |

Hyvät isot huoneet ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö, hyvä hinta- laatusuhde, ystävällinen henkilökunta Kylpylässä vain yksi suihku eukä mitään pukuhuonetta ja vain neljä lepotuolia. |

Hyvä palvelu, ihana henkilökunta, lapsista välittävä ja palveluhenki korkea. Uima-allas upea ja vahti mukava. Kuntosali siisti. Huoneet tilavat, ja pesukone iloinen yllätys. Mukava, kun wc ja kylpyhuone erilliset. Rauhallinen sijainti ja palvelut vieressä. Allasosaston suhkumahdollisuus heikko, koska vain yksi pesupaikka, jossa viemäri ei toiminut eli vesi lainehti! |

Aamiaisen hinta oli muuhun hintatasoon todella korkea. Kahden hengen illallinen juomineen huonepalvelun kautta oli halvempi kuin kahden hengen aamiainen. |

The Big room .I have chosen the gold suite.it was very big.The pool boy was amazing. In the 3 days only 1 time the bread was fresh.The management needs little attention. Minor details but Excellent hotel . |

helpfull staff Many things do not work. Coffee machine in the room was broken and had not been cleaned in a long time, wireless access was not working and required a special router to be brought in, and elevators are pretty cranky. |

It was a very comfortable room and I liked the fact of the kitchen facilities available,having the microwave and coffee perculator was very handy. I also enjoyed the pool and sauna, it was nice to be able to relax for an afternoon.I also liked the fact that the hotel was quite central and close to some nice resturants, shopping and sight seeing venues. I felt the price of the breakfast was very expensive and if this had not been so we would have taken breakfast at the hotel instead of going out where we were able to purchase same at a much lesser price. |

The staff was very helpful. I got a great deal on a superior suite. The bed was very comfortable. Several things added up - lot of traffic noise can be heard in rooms face the side street. Hook on shower wall for the shower hose was loose. I asked that it be fixed. It was worse that evening. The hose fell, hit me on the head. Told Reception staff again and it was fixed. No compensation for being hit. Fan in bathroom did not work until 4th day there, then ran continuously. Turning it off worked for a few minutes, before it started up again. On the plus side, the staff did get that fixed within 3 hours. In the restaurant, at breakfast, tablecloths that had butter stains or liquid spilled on them were not replaced for subsequent guests. Overall, it's an OK hotel, but I do not understand why it is ranked as a 5-star. |

good location, i can walk to the most famous Ambassy street or take easy tram less than 2 minites from the residence. but for a five star hotel, not so qualified but enough for me and the price anyway. i love the swimming pool as well as the bed, the chess resterant is good looking. the internet did not work in my room, and they can not fix it so i have to use lobby's signal...and the sauna room only got dry sauna.. |

Nice hotel, not exactly 5 star. Problems with internet in my room, which was hard to understand for the staff. Had to change room because aircondition could not be turned off. Swimmingpool is small, there was only one shower there, placed in the toilet, quite strange. Boring atmosphere, not many people around, boring restaurant/bar. But very quiet, nice rooms, fantastic location. Still I would find something else next time. |

The superior suite which we booked was exceptional and inexpensive (€95). It was well laid out, a great balcony, every amenity we needed, a really comfortable bed and lovely linen. The staff had also put a bottle of complimentary champagne in the room as they knew it was my husband's birthday. The hotel was also centrally located and close to lots of great eateries - including an amazing restaurant called M Restaurant only 1 block away. Not enough recliners in the pool area. |
