Everything, the staff the facilities were all great
The location and the pillows for the bed
Spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi included in the room's price) very helpful to relax the body, especially when walking around all day. Nearby metro and tram stations.
The wc had a bad smell. Very small bedsides with no draw. The hotel needs more thorough cleaning.
This hotel is perfect, would definitely stay again. It is such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.
Everything!! Pool gorgeous, staff helpful, breakfast had everything could want, location central, beds massive and comfy. Just loved it.
No kettle Friends in room next door overlooked road and were disturbed by bin men one morning and deliverys another
- food - staff - quality of sleep
- not so clean as I expect in 5 star hotel - breakfast good but poor choice - location not so good, a lots of drunk people around, seems to be in a shady area of the city
Great location, facilities ,in the heart of Budapest. We were in transit ,unfortunately we only spent a night in this lovely hotel! Coffee and tea maker in the small kitchenette ,also. We didn't have breakfast ,but plenty of cafes and places to eat just around the corner! We were upgraded to 2 bedrooms suite! It was great! Recommend this hotel to anyone
Nothing to not like.Maybe the cream sofas on the living room a bit run down, otherwise a lovely stay.
Nice hotel in nice location
wi-fi was inactive
Tram 4 6 near by. Good staffs, when i need something or there is some problem they solve it very fast.
Not many choice for the breakfast.
Looking for a reasonable hotel close to the Opera House, without paying a fortune, the excellent location of this hotel was no more than 8 mins maximum walk from the Opera House and the numerous restaurants of Franz Liszt terrace...perfect. The very large bed was one of the most comfortable my husband or I have ever slept in!
Definitely not a 5 Star hotel, more 4 star. Pool shut during a good chunk of the day, Whilst there are pleasant seating areas throughout the entrance corridor and in the courtyard, there really isn't a 'bar' area to sit and relax in, other than the one at the front of the hotel, that also operates as a separate public restaurant. The room itself was not very spacious, but overall, this was excellent value for money for an extra night in Budapest to visit the Opera.
Had to go outside on the balcony to get wifi. Constantly going out so it was hard getting mail and calling people. Also found the staff unfriendly even though you had to pass by them going out and coming in the hotel. Service in restaurant and rooms were good.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, lovely surroundings, spa facility, good massage, city center location, very close to all kinds of public transport.
Charging my card in advance without telling me about it. The noise that the water makes in the walls, woke up for it every morning, sounded like something is banging on my head. Expensive parking.
The staff was excellent. They were proactive in recommending activities and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean.
Shower was a bit awkward to operate but that can be common across Europe.
- Great location - Great large, clean room and great bed. - The reception staff were extremely helpful - Free safetybox
- Kitchentools were a very few - Wifi didn't work all the time
Good location, pleasant staff, good quality of sleeping.
This is an apartment hotel, nice enough, but has just the standard of a nice 3 stars hotel, not more. This said, for a comfortable budget we had three wonderful days in Budapest, and a decent stay at the hotel.
Location, Garage, Breakfast
Beautiful building & room
Internet reception was not very good
Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
The lifts were terrible not suffice for the amount of guests at busy times such a breakfast, check in and when housekeeping were cleaning. The wifi was Un connectable in our room 709 as signal was weak fine in the lobby. Had a hot shower and when my wife opened the door to the bathroom this set off the hotels fire alarm. Need triple glazing as the traffic noises such as beeping or sirens woke us on 4 occasions.
Not exactly what you may expect from a five star Hotel but I would still recommend it as it is ideally located for exploring this wonderful city. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. If returning to Budapest I would stay there again as the value for money was exceptional.
A little disappointed with the standard suite as I expected a seperate living area. However the room was large enough, had a balcony, fridge, coffee making facilities and a microwave so you could self cater though there would be little need as eating out is so inexpensive.
Wifi didn't work all the time
Got a free upgrade to the presidential Suite on arrival and had not even asked for it.
The reception staff were extremely helpful as were the staff in the restaurant. The gym and spa were quiet and lovely. As the hotel was quiet they upgraded me to a suite which was highly appreciated.
Bright large airy room was comfortable. Hotel in a good location near restaurants and town centre. Reception staff were helpful, friendly and eficient.
Only one large pot and no kettle in the kitchen.
The staff was ultra helpful with all the queries we had and more. Believe me I called them more than I call my parents :P. and they were responsive every time with more details than I could have hoped for.
Pool and Jacuzzi had way too much chlorine in water; maybe I am more sensitive to it.
