Pent, nyoppusset hotell som virket innbydende ved første møte. Vi feiret 20 års bryllupsdag og ved ankomst ble vi oppgradert pluss fikk skriftelig gratulasjonskort med champagne på rommet. De skiftet alle håndkler hver dag. Frokosten var god og de laget div. egg retter for deg spesielt.Det at det var kjøkken i suiten gjorde at vi kunne lage te/kaffe og ha litt ekstra hygge på rommet. Jeg, Frodes kone er ganske langsynt og trenger forstørrelsespeil når jeg sminker meg, mange hotell har dette fastmontert på badet, så det savnet jeg. Kunne kanskje vært litt kunst på veggene i oppholdsrommene. Vi kjøpte blomster som gjorde det litt " hjemmekoselig" Ellers var alt TOPP. |

Nydelig rom. Vi hadde en silver suite og det sjelden man har 40 m2 til rådighet! Kjøkkenkroken ble flittig benyttet og var, for oss, et godt alternativ. Resepsjonen var behjelpelige med bordbestilling, konsertbilletter og bussbilletter. Spa-avdelingen var meget avslappende og ren. Massasjen som tilbys i spa-avdelingen burde vært noe billigere. Hotellinformasjonsbrosjyre på rommet var upresis og hadde en del feil mht til åpningstider osv. |

Very nice, calm hotel in the heart of Pest near Oktagon. Rooms are really comfortable and the breakfast is excellent |

The Big room .I have chosen the gold suite.it was very big.The pool boy was amazing. In the 3 days only 1 time the bread was fresh.The management needs little attention. Minor details but Excellent hotel . |

helpfull staff Many things do not work. Coffee machine in the room was broken and had not been cleaned in a long time, wireless access was not working and required a special router to be brought in, and elevators are pretty cranky. |

It was a very comfortable room and I liked the fact of the kitchen facilities available,having the microwave and coffee perculator was very handy. I also enjoyed the pool and sauna, it was nice to be able to relax for an afternoon.I also liked the fact that the hotel was quite central and close to some nice resturants, shopping and sight seeing venues. I felt the price of the breakfast was very expensive and if this had not been so we would have taken breakfast at the hotel instead of going out where we were able to purchase same at a much lesser price. |

The staff was very helpful. I got a great deal on a superior suite. The bed was very comfortable. Several things added up - lot of traffic noise can be heard in rooms face the side street. Hook on shower wall for the shower hose was loose. I asked that it be fixed. It was worse that evening. The hose fell, hit me on the head. Told Reception staff again and it was fixed. No compensation for being hit. Fan in bathroom did not work until 4th day there, then ran continuously. Turning it off worked for a few minutes, before it started up again. On the plus side, the staff did get that fixed within 3 hours. In the restaurant, at breakfast, tablecloths that had butter stains or liquid spilled on them were not replaced for subsequent guests. Overall, it's an OK hotel, but I do not understand why it is ranked as a 5-star. |

good location, i can walk to the most famous Ambassy street or take easy tram less than 2 minites from the residence. but for a five star hotel, not so qualified but enough for me and the price anyway. i love the swimming pool as well as the bed, the chess resterant is good looking. the internet did not work in my room, and they can not fix it so i have to use lobby's signal...and the sauna room only got dry sauna.. |

Nice hotel, not exactly 5 star. Problems with internet in my room, which was hard to understand for the staff. Had to change room because aircondition could not be turned off. Swimmingpool is small, there was only one shower there, placed in the toilet, quite strange. Boring atmosphere, not many people around, boring restaurant/bar. But very quiet, nice rooms, fantastic location. Still I would find something else next time. |

The superior suite which we booked was exceptional and inexpensive (€95). It was well laid out, a great balcony, every amenity we needed, a really comfortable bed and lovely linen. The staff had also put a bottle of complimentary champagne in the room as they knew it was my husband's birthday. The hotel was also centrally located and close to lots of great eateries - including an amazing restaurant called M Restaurant only 1 block away. Not enough recliners in the pool area. |

Excellent staff- very helpful and knowledgeable- nice indoor swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Not a 5 * hotel, low 4 * at best. Bedroom and living rooms were very small, Hallways and floors are tile and wood and the noise of maid's cart and people walking on floor above you are very loud. Bathroom was just ok, maybe a 3 * . Not a great value for the money. |

The efficiency in which the registration was handled and information regarding tours was provided. The piano music was very relaxing over dinner. Yes. The food was very poorly prepared and not according to the menu provided. It was exceptionally oily, the roasted breast of chicken was grilled - we were the only people in the restaurant from 7 - 8 pm. The breakfast was way over priced when most European hotels include breakfast in their stay and at 80 Euros for one night, I believe brkft could be included. |

Top class and very comfortable - just the place to escape the noise and bustle of a fantastic city. We will certainly remember the Queens Court and look forward to returning. |

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean, and it was a quiet location despite being central to the city. The breakfast is rubbish and the staff in the dining room most unhelpful. When i said I'd like my eggs poached as per a choice on the menu they stated that that was not possible but that I could only have scrambled eggs! Presumably they only had the sort of eggs that could only be scrambled and not the correct ones for poaching! advice is there is an excellent place for breakfast left out of the hotel and take the first right for one block and the cafe on the corner will do ham and eggs (as you like them!) for a third of the price |
