The hotel was in a reasonable location, relatively close to all the major attractions of Budapest. The hotel clearly does not take 'non-smoking' seriously - the non-smoking room - in fact, the entire 'non-smoking' floor - was as dirty & smelly as some of the cafes we visited. There is no such thing as 'non-smoking' areas in this hotel! |

Competitive room rates and excellent facilities with clean and comfortable rooms. Good and well behaved staff. The coffee/tea bags was not sufficient for two members in a room. May kindly provide more items for two occupants. |

Het personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt goed engels. Het hotel is goed gelegen in het hartje van Pest. Met het openbaar vervoer zijn het eiland Margaret of Boeda snel en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. |

Meget bra hotell til prisen. Bra service og sentralt, men prisen for frokost var høy i forhold til tilbud. Lønner seg heller å ta en frokost på nærmeste bar/kafe. |

Zimmer zweckmäßig aber klein, Blick in unschöne Hinterhöfe, sonst alles so wie man es bei einem 4 Sterne-Haus erwarten kann, Hotel zentral gelegen Keine internationalen Zeitungen in der Lobby, man wurde entrüstet darauf hingewiesen, dass Zeitungen käuflich zu erwerben sind; kein aktueller Wetterservice |

A gentileza do pessoal do check in/out em dar informações gerais cidade O café da manhã é pobre e muito bagunçado, com grupos de excursão tomando conta de todo o restaurante. Adicionalmente, o hotel está localizado numa avenida movimentada onde passam muitos bondes, ou seja, muito barulho, dá até pra saber de quantos em quantos minutos o bonde passa. |

Keurig wat zakelijk hotel erg gunstig gelegen t.o.v. winkels en openbaar vervoer. Vriendelijk personeel dat goed engels spreekt. Kamers waren erg warm en daar was weinig of niets aan te doen. Airco was nog niet ingeschakeld. |

Amplasat in aproape de centrul orasului, un hotel foarte bun pentru cei ce vor sa viziteze orasul, in apropiere sunt cateva lucruri interesante de vizionat(COTTON CLUB si restaurantul Sir Lancelot) Sistemul de aer conditionat face un zgomot urias....sper sa puteti adormi...sau daca ati adormit cu siguranta va veti trezi. O alta problema am facut rezervarea prin booking.com...la receptia hotelului nu au gasit rezervarea pana cand nu am prezentat confirmarea rezervarii...pe langa aceasta situatie am platit camera in avans si plus o garantie pentru bar de 30 Eur sau 10.00 forinti....foarte interesant....nu stiu daca toti acei turisti din hotel au fost supusi acelorasi conditii....eu cred ca nu...atat timp cat am asteptat pentru a fi cazati ...au sosit si alti...dar ...procedura de cazare nu a fost aceiasi....restul va las pe voi sa ganditi... |

Le calme de la chambre. La qualité du petit déjeuner. Le confort de la chambre : pour un 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas suffisant : joints du carreau de douche enlevé, pression de l'eau insufisante, évier bouché . |

Ottima struttura, posizione centrale, facile da raggiungere in auto. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i più bei punti di interesse di Pest. Parcheggio costoso rispetto al prezzo della camera; servizio comunque di ottima qualità. |

excellent rapport qualité prix pour une ville européenne, très beau décor intérieur, excellent petit déjeuner (en rapport avec certains " palaces" en Europe) et idéalement situé dans la ville juste une chose, les rebords de fenêtre extérieurs (chambre 217) sont tellement larges que les gouttes de pluies tombent dessus et cela fait un bruit assez gênant la nuit.... mais pleut il souvent à Budapest ?????? j'habite sur la côte d'azur..alors pour moi...oui |

Zeer plezierig hotel met aangename sfeer in het hartje van Budapest. Ook heel relevant is de afstand tot het weststation voor treinverbindingen met oostelijk en zuidelijk hongarije. Opvallend goed prijs kwaliteitverhouding. |

Die Lage, die Nähe zum Centrum und zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten war ideal für tägliche Ausflüge. Die Zimmer hätten besser gesäubert werden können, ließ zu wünschen übrig. War nicht der Standard, den ich von SAS gewohnt bin. |
