Radisson Blu Béke Hotel, Budapest  

Nice spacious room, comfortable and great location when travelling by train.

Breakfast very expensive. Taxi arranged by hotel to airport outrageous expensive! Normal taxi is Ft 2900-3900 Hotel taxi Ft 5800 and when at the airport we had to pay FT 6200!!

The Hotel was Central in Budapest - Close to the Railway Station - Room was clean, spacious and the price of the stay was excellent.- I can recommend !

A little noisy location during night due to trafic.

We loved our stay at hotel Radisson Blu Beke, the staff was extremly helpful, coulnd't do more to make our stay there pleasant, the service was impecable, the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself looks beautiful and location is excellent -close to Oktogon, St. Stephans' Cathedral and Parliament. We will come back with pleasure anytime.

Nice rooms , very quiet.

Very good quality hotel in a fantastic position (very close to Octagon square with Metro, tram, bus stops), for me better than in the center (Váci utca) as you can find cheaper restaurants and more nightclubs that can be reached by feet. I had a huge room at a very cheap price, Nespresso coffee maker (the one of George Clooney spot) was also available in the room so I could make Italian espresso coffe for free. Free internet WI-FI as well: fantastic.

Room cleaning service was good but not perfect as it should be in a 4 stars hotel (e.g. used things like shaving kit/shower gel/nespresso cups not always replaced/re-filled), however you can call/ask reception at any time and they will immediatelly bring what you miss.

Location was central.

The staff were rude and simple questions like where to go and what to do seemed like a chore for them. They ignored the do not disturb sign on the door we put up to enjoy a sleep in and called our rooms demanding they need to clean them. They questioned an extra guess then tried to charge an extra 30 euro per night for this even though the room was booked and paid for for two people. The staff were incapable of the proper methods of payment and my card was declined 3 times after I told them it requires a pin code. I tried once with success and they got upset. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, its nothing short of a two star hotel and it rates 4 stars on your site.
