Despite the upfront request of being granted an earlier check in, we had to wait in the lobby for more than 1 hour to get our room. There was no confirmation / denial received from booking.com related to our request. This was a little bit disappointing.

Excelent facilities, although too much chlorised, excellent rooms, clean, confortable bed, bathroom, free parking and wifi.

Stuff uninterested and unpolite, except the pools, hotel is totally boring. Aquapark is suposed to work untill 22h, but starting from 21h, they are closing most of facilities, and at 21:30h they were insisting to leave the hotel swimming pool. Slides are not fitted well, and at the first ride i've got a big scratch on my arm. Slides are explained in hungarian only.

The entrance to aquaworld is available through hotel, very convenient during bed weather.

All restaurants and room service work just until 10 PM, so since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you might starve until the morning if you arrive late.

The apartment was great : very comfortable, modern furniture with all the facilities you need in the kitchen. The best appartment we have ever stayed. The kids adored the aquaworld. Next summer we shall come again

Marvelous Hotel for the money spent.Away from the downtown but easily accessible.Would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful hotel.

Our experience in the restaurant was not the greatest.Very poorservice and the food wasn't all that good.

The room was luxurious and always cleaned to a very high standard. The restaurant was superb, although quite expensive compared to the rest of Budapest. Aquaworld was a brilliant day out. The shuttle bus was also very useful, although on one of our trips some people were unable to fit on the bus and had to make their own way.

There were mixed messages about whether use of the spa pool were free to hotel guests, with the information on the television saying they were but the guests guide saying it was a certain amount (10 euros I think). Location wasn't ideal, although the shuttle bus made it more accessible, it was sometimes full and didn't run in the evening.

The Aquaworld Park is something to see and to enjoy with family. They have lots of swimming pools with different water temperatures.The food is not so great, especialy for the children, even thow they are making efforts. The rooms are clean, the beds are confortable, the AC is working properly. The have also a free bus to the center of the city and back.

It was our fourth staying in the hotel. We are constantly dreaming about perfect time in it. We will come again. It's the best place for romantic stay with your darling. Well done. Everything was OK.Many thanks for so fine rest.

We need to stop our holiday in the hotel and return back. The life is too short that you don't come to Ramada.

Despite the fact I was there for a business meeting , I enjoyed the spa for a short time, and it was very nice! The food is good, and the prices are low!

Only 1 small thing, but even this should not angry me because was in the hotel policy : my meeting took 7 hours in the lobby, and at the time I go to check out it was 3:30 pm, and they asked for a fee of 35% for a late check out! Also, please be aware that this is a hotel far from the city!

The Aquaworld is fantastic, it's the reason you'd be tempted to forget about the city and stay at the hotel all the time.

The swimming pools attached to the hotel are free for all guests and are joined to an outdoor smaller heated pool . The traditional in house entertainment was plesant. Aqua world is easy to get to from the hotel and has plenty of activities even during winter months .

There is little else to do if you are not interested in Aquaworld tennis squash or massage . The entertainment room is quiet a distance from the lobby . It has 2 pooltables one mini pooltable and a dart board . When we got there one table was in use and the balls were removed from another for use on the minipooltable. The entertainment room bar was closed at 8.00 pm and there was only 2 darts on the dartboard. The main dining area is a buffet style arrangemnet and at €16 each is expensive for the food qualiy available. The only bar open was in the main Lobby.
