Superb facilities, if you want to stay within complex the majority of your time. Location is far from Budapest centre - which could be a problem if you don't have a car as very limited public access (on one of the days we stayed the free hotel shuttle did not operate in the afternoon). Expect to pay EUR 10+ for a one-way taxi. Staff could also have been more cheerful - breakfast does not open until 7, and one morning they did not want to deliver breakfast to the room (as we had to leave early). |

It's a very nice new hotel for any purposes. I liked it and I will always recommend it to my friends. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and ready to sort out any your problem. Breakfasts are various and delicious. You can get to the center of Budapest by the shuttle free of charge. Everything was perfect. The life is too short and it's desired to stay in this hotel. |

We loved the room, it is perfectly clean and well designed. The Aquaworld is miraculous! I fully recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy, with partner or family. Lack of A la carte restaurant that did not work at all, was actually reimbursed by great dinner buffet. So again, I cannot really complain. |

Sauna World is really really nice thing - a place to go for sauna admirers. Aquaworld is great. Breakfast is good. Food facility at the Aquaworld is quick, affordable, and work the whole day - that is very convinient and important esp. if you stay there the whole day with children. 1. It was very difficult to get from the hotel building to the Aquaworld with a pram, we had to bring our pram with 10 kilo baby through stairs which are slicy. Is it difficult to open one of the doors on the ground floor to allow the enterance in such cases? Probably not convinient but would allow avoiding traumas. 2. We were asked for a deposit which exceeded the room price. 3. Not significant but still: Too few TV channels - languages are mixed up, no general things to watch in English such as Eurosports, etc. almost everythinng is in Hungarian; poor film collection, either in Hungarian. |

You have to pay extra for the aquadome! Room quite expensive for this type of hotel. Many mosquitoes - it was impossible to have dinner outside on the terrace. |

The rooms are very nice and the adjoining water park is a plus, especially if you are with kids. The breakfast is rich. If you are at the pool at sunset get out or the moskitos will eat you up |

Beautiful, huge complex. New and very clean. Abundant spa and water activities. Excellent room design/lighting. Breakfast was a bit eccentric but wait staff was superior. Find the omlette bar, it's worth it! Complementary access to Aquaworld was denied because I paid too little at Booking.com. Interesting, because I paid less per night for a several day stay and access was included. Aquaworld access should be clarified in the booking details/options. |

What can I say? I and my family stayed in this hotel for the second time and were very satisfied with almost everything. if you really want to enjoy the Aquaworld, do not come during the weekends or holidays. No coffe maker in the room. |

Very spacious apartment with excellent facilities. The Aquaworld is also superb (although you have to pay extra for that and it was a little bit teeming during that weekend). We enjoyed very much staying at this hotel and would come again with some friends. The location is far from the city center (more or less 10 KM). |

The appartment. On the reservation wasn't mentioned that we must pay the access at the Aquaworld. So, at the check-out we were very unpleasant surprised that we must paied all the access at the Aquaworld! |
